I eat at chopt probably 2 to 3 times a week depending on if I meal prepped or not but I must say they help me keep a healthy balance between work and life. But first off let’s talk about how the salad bar is always fresh. The work stations are always clean the staff is so accommodating and nice especially “Alex” & “Atalyah” I usually ask for several different requests when I’m ordering and I’m always met with great energy and enthusiasm. I’m vegan and I truly appreciate the cleanliness in Chopt , And the variety of plant based options like falafel, chickpeas etc etc. and the lemon tahini A-1 anyways thanks Chopt from Prince. I had to revise this post to add Atalyah because she also one of my favorites that goes that extra mile thank you so much.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was genuinely welcoming—friendly, upbeat, and clearly happy to be there. They’re attentive without being overbearing, patient with questions, and great at making recommendations. You can tell they actually care about the experience, not just getting you through the line.
The whole place has a positive, well-run vibe. Orders are handled efficiently, everything feels clean and organized, and the team works together seamlessly. It’s the kind of spot where you leave thinking, “Wow, that was easy and pleasant,” which isn’t always a given these days.
On top of that, the food is consistently fresh and made exactly the way you want it—no shortcuts, no attitude, just quality all around.

First time trying out a Chopt location. This was a very pleasant surprise, having been disappointed about some of the other salad chains. The layout is nice and bright without being sterile and boring. The ingredients display is well organized and the ingredients are fresh and flavorful. The dressings are not overwhelming.
But what elevated the whole experience from a solid good 4 stars to 5 stars was the sweet, jovial and just great lady who served us. Amazing personality, especially on a gloomy day.
Definitely will back when in the area.

I loved my experience at chopt! It was my first time there, Helga made my experience so seamless, I got a warm grains bowl with some of the different vegetable toppings, feta cheese, then topped it off with their wild caught salmon. Olive oil & lemon on top for the win . Thanks again Helga

I come into Chopt all the time and today I was wowed by Helga’s customer service. She didn’t prep my salad but I watched and listened to how she interacted with a customer. She was so friendly and passionate about exactly what the customer wanted. She never had an ounce of annoyance, just a big smile. All I can say is she is pure good energy. I can see she was exhausted and had worked so hard throughout the day. When I came in 15 minutes before closing she was covering the front alone for a bit. However she remained an example of leadership and commitment to customer service. Amazing. It’s the little things.
