I accidentally placed a good sized order to the wrong location, while trying to place it to this location. I called to cancel it at the other location before they had a chance to make the food. They refunded my order from the other location, but all the coupons I had used were lost.
When I explained to Maddie, at the register, she was very sweet and patient and offered to look it up, and see if the coupons showed up on her end. When they didn’t she called the manager, Mike over.
He couldn’t reinstate the coupons, so he took the time to ring up the items that would bring it close to the same price, and still made sure we got everything that was on our order. That is true customer service!
He could have just told us there was nothing he could do, but instead he went above and beyond, with grace and patience, as if it was his pleasure to do it! I truly appreciate this level of customer service, caring and kindness toward customers who made an innocent mistake.
I wish every location would handle things so gracefully! Thank you Mike and crew!!

The Panera near the Rockaway mall is one of the finest Panera restaurants that I have been to.
Here are my top three reasons why I look forward to visiting the Rockaway Panera:
First, it is exceptionally clean and inviting. The staff is constantly cleaning the tables for new customers.
Second, the smell of warm bread and fresh cookies greets you at the door. The sandwiches are well put together, and the soups are delicious.
Third, the staff is welcoming. In particular, Mike and Vanita. They go the extra mile so you enjoy your meal. Moreover, they are actively offering samples of new drinks and desserts to keep the menu fresh and exciting for their guests.
We always enjoy the Panera experience when we are in Rockaway. Especially if we are lucky enough to get a seat by the fireplace!

I placed an order for pick up. As I was waiting inside I was watching the team. All the workers were so polite and extremely helpful. The kitchen staff were working well together and putting out neat orders fast and efficient. And they seemed happy to be there. The manager or lead staff even brought ready meals to the customers table. I haven’t seen great customer service like that in a long time. I can understand why they’re so busy. Great work! Keep it up. Highly Recommend this Panera location.

Tracy was very accommodating for us at the drive through. She helped make sure my dietary restrictions were met and even gave our dog a pup cup. She was very patient when listening to our order and went above and beyond to help seperate vegan food!! Please give this woman a raise.

I bought a bacon Mac and cheese and paid EXTRA but never got bacon. I used the app and had to go to work after. It’s even checked on the receipt. Such a disappointment. I’ve been to the Denville Panera and have never had this happen. Money doesn’t come from trees.

It’s a Panera. Really nothing special here but it’s a good place to get work done and grab a light lunch. Kevin, I believe he is a team leader or manager (?), is very knowledgeable, friendly, and conversational which is always refreshing when ordering from a chain establishment.
Really wish the bathrooms were nicer but that seems to be a common trend with all Paneras I do to.

Came here for a breakfast sandwich and ended up getting a rude worker that caused a scene because my card was defective. I get that in the moment it can be a little inconvenient when you’re trying to get customers in but there wasn’t a need to be loud and cause a big disturbance. This was extremely embarrassing and insulting and I won’t be coming here again if this is how they treat their customers.
