Great new sushi place in Holladay. They have a special ($30 spend you get 6 gyozas for free) which it’s fairly easy to get for 2 peoples dinner. Salmon nigiri wasn’t the highest quality, but the yellowtail nigiri and roll were great. Tonkotsu was delish. The service was excellent. Highly recommend.

We happened to stop here based on the reviews for lunch and it was fantastic. The 3 roll and miso lunch special is a great deal and the rolls were full size and fresh- great fish quality and amount. One of our party got the tonkatsu ramen with extra noodles and spicy sauce and it was enough for 2 meals- the broth was flavorful and delicious. Alice was our server and she was kind, attentive and prompt. Atmosphere was nice- clean and plenty of natural light during the day. Nothing crazy but comfortable. This will be on our regular visit spots from now on.

The service was fantastic. And the sushi rolls were fresh and delicious. We had the Pink Lady and the Mars rolls. Both were large rolls and really tasty. And most importantly, the rice was done to perfection.

We enjoyed the food. We had a few issues with our server. I ordered a soda for my kid. It never arrived. She didn’t apologize. I told her another miso ramen and she brought me miso soup. There weren’t too many people there. It’s better to verify if you’re not sure, just ask.

Don’t skip on: The Caterpillar Roll (if you like eel!)
First time trying Sukihana and we had a great experience! Shout out to Farrah for being one of the most attentive servers I’ve had in a while – she was fantastic and made sure we were informed of where our food was at and also kept us very hydrated!
The restaurant was very clean as well and had a nice and inviting decor. We ordered agedashi tofu, mussel shooters, seaweed salad, and a couple of rolls. Everything was priced reasonably as well!
I don’t know what was in the eel sauce for the caterpillar, but it was addicting! The fish was fresh and the rolls came out fairly quickly. There was a lot of variety on the menu and I can’t wait to go back and try more.

This place is great. Particularly, we loved their Jalapeño poppers (it’s stuffed with spicy tuna, which is quite good!), Agedqshi tofu(very tender and flavorful). We also liked the chef special Unagi bowl, Katsu pork curry ramen and mountain fuji roll. Service is excellent as well. Will be back again.

Really good food for a great price. Their rolls are great and they have a deal if you spend $30+ you get an order of gyoza or a vegas roll free. I love their shrimp tempura Bento box as it comes with a ton of food for inexpensive.

I’ve lived in Salt Lake City for three years now and tried two of the best recommended sushi spots in the city and they were fine. When this restaurant opened recently next to Sprouts, I was curious and tried it out. I ordered the Seaweed Salad and it was very fresh. I then ordered the two rolls pictured, the May Flower and the Mountain Fuji. In my opinion, this is the best sushi spot in the city by a mile and I’ll only want to return to Sukihana when I’m in the mood for sushi.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted happily and seated at a booth. We were respectfully given enough time to order and our servant was very patient.
Our food was served at a timely manner I would say not too late and not too early. I myself had the “full moon” & “evil eyes” they were both very delightful but my favorite was the evil eyes! I also had some yellowtail sashimi and that was very pleasant.
For drinks they offer a small selection of fountain drinks but that’s okay. For desert I had the chocolate lava cake and that was very good! Parking is very ample here and seating is easy almost no wait time to be seated. If you are in the area definitely give them a try!!!

So fresh, and the service was excellent! My senior Mom wasn’t sure about the menu, but I selected a Miso Ramen for her that she loved! My sashimi and Raonbow roll was delicious too!!!
