Mass Chaos
Been coming here just for the cheese steaks which are the best in town. But unfortunately the last two visits in the last month the cheese steaks felt like I was in a different restaurant. Two weeks ago it was just awful. Today….it was mostly just bread, barely any meat. Usually the meat is overflowing. Not sure what’s going on back in the kitchen. School kids i believe doing the cooking, seeing that we go there around 5pm. Please fix this .

Fast drive thru. Pepperoni pizza cuts are the way to go, and super cheap Impressed every other time. Once, I got my pizza and it wasn’t hot! Last time, I ordered “pepperoni cuts” I got one pepperoni on each cut!!!!! I guess there’s a reason they’re cheap. But I’ll be back

Absolute disaster from the time we sat down and ordered. Ordered and waited and waited! We watched the wait staff talk and huddle and talk more. Wasnt sure from the time we walked in or the moment we walked out if we are now visting a hooters, shorts these girls was wearing was absolutly not family friendly. After waiting for 45 minutes we decided that we was done and was leaving. Waitress came over finally after not one time coming back from the moment we ordered to check in or explain why our food was taken so long. We told her we are done waiting and we will happly pay for our two sodas, she had no problem replying with ok, I will meet you at the counter. Another was at the register and started ringing us out and another came up and said no we are not charging you for those drinks, your waiting that long was not right. I go to walk out the door to hear the waitstaff say your food is ready now. Me saying nicely No thank you. Kitchen staff needs training as well as wait staff. And the shorts that was a bit much for a place known for a family place to gather. I only hope for change and in time we chance going back to see a improved staff and I want to say there is nothing wrong with shorts but you are serving food to FAMILIES!

Well, I have to say Quality is Not in your Sandwich/Hoagie. Sicilian pizza was not cut evenly at $1.30 a Slice. Not the best for Ideal Choice for Scrumptious Food. As your quote states. And you stated it was the best Philly Steaks & I said I’d be the judge and Don’t Compared Your Establishment to Philly Best. There should have quality and quantity. No Go to Stop Again.

Service is always great and they have amazing pizza. But I’ve been trying out some of the other food they sell and I’m honestly really disappointed. See the salad in the photo? The super tiny one that’s not much bigger than my hand? That was $10.50. I’m sorry, but that is insanely overpriced. The thing that I find funny is that the salad had a single chicken tender cut up and sprinkled on it….yet I was able to get 2 chicken tenders and fries for my daughter for less than half the price. Was it good, at least? Meh, it was a very okay salad AND it gave me the ’s, so you be the judge.

We ate there today and it was an absolute disaster from the time we sat down. The tables weren’t cleaned and the place was a mess. We ordered appetizers that NEVER arrived! We asked several times. The waitress was very nice but unfortunately, the kitchen staff just didn’t care and never made our breadsticks. I also didn’t get to eat my meal. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak that came out with next to no meat on it. The waitress apologized and took it back to fix it but said they refused to put any more meat on it. She then attempted to charge me for my meal, even thought she took it to the kitchen to fix and never brought it back out. When we went to pay, we explained the situation and nothing was done! They just agreed that the service was terrible and apologized without even trying to make it right. We will NOT be returning!

Came in starving, ordered the lunch special with 3 slices (they call then cuts). It was great, the food came out so fast, and the server was super helpful for someone like me who was coming in for the first time. I really liked the crust on the pizza especially since thats not something I usually like. Also, it was a great value! One of us got the lunch special with the breadsticks that we shared, and the other got the 3 cuts for $6 got out the door for under $20

My first time trying their pizza and wow… Definitely understand the hype! We did an order pick up of a large Cheese and a Buffalo chicken pizza. Soooo good! Definitely coming back!!
