This place is one of the best fast food places around San Bernardino the personnel is so polite and respectful customer service is top-notch, the tables, floors and chairs are clean the A/C was on which is a must in this Hot days the area of the soda dispensing machine was very clean and employees kept it clean during the hour I was there with my family and friends.
I highly recommend this Burger king to anyone.

Burger King texas style double cheeseburger Combo was amazing. Their spicy chicken sandwich is also delicious . Fast friendly service and the restaurant was very clean very relaxing atmosphere.

Worst Burger King ive ever been to and to top that off with the worst service of any place I’ve ever been to, oh and it gets better while returning my food for the 2nd time (kept getting my order wrong) I walk into them harassing this poor teenage girl by pounding, no beating the bathroom door like lunatics I asked them WTH were they doing thinking sum1s child was locked in there or something turns out because a customer was in the restroom longer than 20 minutes they must be doing something illegal!?!?!? THESE TRASHY WORKERS BLOW MY MIND AND NEED SOME TRAINING ! if that girl happens to see this post please dm me and I’ll help you fill out the proper police report i have most of it documented btw;)

For the only thing I won’t recommend this location it’s for the lack of good customer service. It’s a huge shame for this establishment and for the corporation of Burger King for not having a quality personal or demanding independent proprietors to hire good personnel to welcome their customers the cashier Mirna it’s a good example of how bad a worker will hurt a business by not making that customer to desire to return and spend money there ever.
Her attitude it’s by far the most despicable I ever encounter. Place it’s clean bathrooms are clear as well and the food perfect. And yes it’s her in the picture hope she gets a much better training.

The food and service sucks everyone was very rude to me and my family and when my mom order the food she ask to make the fries with no salt and when we got it the fries had salt on them and also we didn’t even get no sauce for our food which is rude so this place sucks

This Burger King is nestled quietly on the foothills at the Highland Plaza. Parking is plentiful, scenery is superb and each time we’ve been there, crowds are nonexistent.
Burger King makes a delicious, fire glazed burger patty that smells good and tastes gr8.
The WHOPPER has been my favorite since being introduced back in a he ‘80’s.
The Staff at this facility is service minded, smiles and friendly.
If you’re ever in Highland, drop by.

The people at widow an crash register do such a wonderful job working hard taking orders, I’m so proud of them!!!!
They if ever get a rude customer don’t worry time will catch up to them
Same for the mangers please respect your workers they always work hard there’s no time for rudeness disrespectful things, unappreciative customers already do that.
