Went there at 8pm new years eve. I was very happy that they were open, and all of the food we got was fresh and hot, and it tasted good. The workers were friendly and polite.
I’ve been to Arby’s in Minneapolis and have been disappointed by poor quality, but this Arby’s was great.

Arby’s – MN (The Land of 10,000 Lakes and Apparently $10,000 Roast Beef Sandwiches)

Look, I love Arby’s like I love a good pair of sweatpants—comforting, reliable, but you know it’s not winning any fashion awards. Their roast beef is the star, sliced thin enough to make you forget it’s fast food, and the curly fries? Crispy, seasoned perfection that could probably broker world peace. But holy walleye, Minnesota Arby’s, why does my wallet cry harder than a Vikings fan in the playoffs?

I rolled up to the drive-thru, dreaming of a Beef ‘n Cheddar, and got handed a receipt that looked like a down payment on a lake cabin. $12 for a combo? In MINNESOTA? I could buy a hotdish casserole and a 12-pack of Grain Belt for that! The food’s solid—meaty, saucy, and the horsey sauce gives my sinuses a workout—but it’s not like they’re hand-carving prime rib back there. It’s fast food, not a fancy steakhouse on Lake Minnetonka.

The staff was fine, quick enough to keep the line moving, but the vibe was like, “Here’s your food, now go before we charge you for breathing our air-conditioned air.” The dining area was clean, but it’s got all the charm of a DMV waiting room. If you’re gonna charge me like I’m dining at a hipster gastropub, at least throw in a vibe or a free smile.

Would I go back? Yeah, ‘cause those curly fries haunt my dreams. But Arby’s, maybe ease up on the price tag, or I’m gonna start roasting my own beef in protest. 3 stars—decent grub, but my bank account needs a hug.

Yesterday, my son & I met here at 10AM. We ordered and sat down with our ice teas and after a short time we were told that the meat slicer stopped working and they only had chicken. My son did have fries and mozzarella sticks but we were disappointed because we met to visit. The staff was very nice but after the fact, I realized I didn’t get a copy of the partial refund. It is not showing up in my credit card info. I will try stopping by this week and keep hoping I am not out my refund.

Love Arby’s and their happy hour is good. Was pretty disappointed though in how gross and unclean it was in the dining area. Didn’t get a pic of all the trash swept under the condiment counter. Couple of the sliders were cold and made ahead, not fresh. Had some very good food also with pretty friendly service. Just wonder how clean the kitchen is if dining area is not thoroughly cleaned? Shake machine was down.

Service was good. Sandwich was made wrong. They were out of potato cakes, what I really wanted. The restroom was big enough for 2 stalls, yet only had one. A disappointing visit.

Theres been a guy that works at the Grand Rapids MN Arbys for since I was young. I used to go there for over the top superb customer service and was never left wanting. Dark haired horse face guy. Just the best to work with. Always made wanting to come back. Best service by any restaurant ever. He seems so Jaded by the company he works for now. If this guy is not happy in the next 6 months or I dont see him again. I WILL STOP BUYING ARBYS… K

I have always been an Arby’s hater but someone in the car with me wanted their fish sandwich. I got a chicken sandwich and was SHOCKED by how good it is. Almost as good as chic fi la.
The employees were friendly and fairly quick despite being obviously under staffed.
Will return.

Did the drive through on a Tuesday afternoon recently. I have been to dozens of different Arby’s locations in America and Canada, this was easily the worst Arby’s experience I’ve had. Drive through service was rude and unfriendly. We didn’t get asked about horsey/Arby’s sauce either. The food looked like it had been prepared in the dark – there was more cheese sauce in the foil wrapping than there was on the sandwich. I was also horrified to find my beef ‘n cheddar to be in a sesame bun rather than an onion bun. Would not eat here again unless I had to.
