I have been here 4 times such a waste of money, but working 16hr shifts sometimes I have to eat fast food. Every time go there they get it wrong..every time. I just paid 26$ for cold food that I didn’t order …..on the menu it said. 7$ .. they rang it up separate. I called and at first they hung up when I was asked to hold on. then I called back the rude woman told me it was 10+ for the combo,, then started telling me without letting me speak that she doesn’t have time to check the price and had people waiting. Then she hung up. I will go tomorrow and waste more of my time to show them the combo I ordered,, and try to figure out where they went wrong. It’s so exausted when they get it wrong then I don’t get to eat. Honestly they don’t care. Very rude for me paying money, you would think that I was asking them for a hand out

I love taco bell. Like I love taco bell so much I got a taco bell tattoo on my forearm. Butttttt everytime I order my steak anything I ask for extra steak and extra sauce and when i get home what i dont ever have is extra steak or sauce, i watch the employees behind the counter put like a teaspoon of sauce, when i pay 0.55 cents for sauce. When i have to pay with cash i always have to stand at the counter waiting for someone to cash ne out. I dont know the name of the supervisor but she was working 10-16-25 shift-while im waiting for my food on multiple separate occasions I see said person picking at her nose and touchingnher face while still wearing gloves and then continues to make the food, as someone who has worked in food service for over 10 years, thats common sense to change gloves after touching anything but food prep areas. The food is great when its done right.
Also please bring back the steak street chalupas. They were the best item I’ve had, almost ordered everyday.

As far as fast food Taco Bell goes, this one is pretty good. Items were made as ordered and tasted delicious. Not as hot as I would normally like but it was late night. Service was prompt and employees were courteous.

They are nice people but do not take time to make sure your food looks decent. Gordita crunch tortilla was literally fused with the rapper because all of the cheese was all over instead of inside the gordita like it was supposed to be, completely inedible unless i wanted to chew on a rapper with my food.

This is probably the second worse Taco Bell I have ever been to. NOT because the food was gross or because the restaurant building itself, but because how UNPROFESSIONAL the staff was while working. I sat with my 6 year old daughter near the front window, with the music decently loud and could still hear EVERY word from the employees working to the people they were talking to on the phone ( on speaker) while customers were waiting at the counter patiently. One employee was walking around eating, one was obnoxiously loud with black glasses, black polo and a little heavy set and greenish bluish hair. The profanity that was being used was outrageous and not something my daughter had to listen to. Luckily we are only in the area for a youth hockey tournament. If we ever are to return to Potsdam I will definitely make sure Taco Bell is not where we stop for a quick bite to eat.

I love Taco Bell, using the app is so easy and fast. The part that makes me not want to come back is while I was waiting inside for my food and I hear several employees in the kitchen area yell “what the – that’s so flippin gross!”. I understand that I don’t have context, but all conversations back there can be heard by all customers inside and whoever is at the drive through window. I’ve heard cursing with children around, I’ve heard so many nasty things.. I haven’t commented until now, but when I saw three people hear what they were yelling about and walk back out and leave…

My wife made a mobile order in store due to no custom lux box available on the kiosk. Same time I made my order on the kiosk. She waited 25 minutes for her order due to incompetency of the workers to keep track of orders when they came in.
Will not be coming here again due to the place being filthy, unorganized, and full of workers who were screaming, and making the place seem like a day care.

First of all, we did not get half of our order when we ordered. But with what we did get, it made us all extremely sick. The workers were also extremely unpleasant. I do NOT recommend.

One of the members of staff was extremely rude to not only me but a girl with the NYS Health Department who was only doing her job, the employee sat there and yelled at said health inspector just for being present. Disgraceful. (Edit) Come to find out it was one of the store managers
