Disappointed to say the least. The driveway entrance on Hesperian Blvd is undoubtedly a hazard. The location is near a freeway exit and busy intersection, and you may or may hear a car honk. Secondly, the drive thru personnel took the order. However, she needed it repeated so she could actually input into the register. Finally, the food. My Breakfast Steak Crunchwrap was less than satisfying. The burnt taste of the overcooked tortilla and scarceness of steak helped seal the deal on this rating.

My first negative review! I know i shouldnt expect much from a taco bell, but it doesnt seem like they put effort into what they do. I bought a mexican pizza and two burritos today. I asked for extra hot sauce and they gave me 3 packets.
The mexican pizza was a waste of money (see pic). I’m not sure why the preparation of food is so bad here. I usually go to the taco bell on E.14th, about a quarter mile away, but i was in the area today. If you’re in the mood for taco bell, steer clear of this place.

Evidently the men’s bathroom was not cleaned so Daniel refused to open the men’s room and also refused to let me use the women’s room. Manager needs to train these kids. State law says every restaurant needs to have a bathroom for customers. Who is managing these dumb kids?

Food is never fresh and portion sizes are smaller than other Taco Bell’s. My nacho fries were definitively stale and cold and the dipping burritos were tiny with no cheese!

Employees consistently forget to include items upon pick-up. I always have to remind them that I ordered a beverage as well.

Always a favorite in terms of fast food, but be a little careful with this one. I think this location might be where the train new workers.
The service is always good but a little slow, and definitely check your bags to make sure they didn’t forget anything.

I ordered two chicken chalupas and one nacho fries . even it was not that busy she didnt listen order well and didnt ask for verify order and she did 2 fries later she fixed and i ate on my way i felt something funny and came home and checked steak in my chalupa with chicken as my religious beliefs i don’t eat steak ever and it was really careless and food open wasn’t even wrap well and fries all over in bag thats really annoying
