Went thru drive-thru and ordered a #3 Combo with a large Dr. Pepper and mild sauce. In addition I ordered another large Dr. Pepper. My granddaughter tasted her drink and said this is root beer. Employee looked at me like what do you want me to do about it….he then stated both drinks came out of same place. I then tasted both drinks. They were both root beers. I informed him of such and got the same look. I started driving off and then he was like I can replace them. Too late. And we didn’t get any sauce we ordered. Drinks were thrown away because granddaughters do not like root beer. Do better and treat customers better.

This location is 50/50 on whether you receive all your food, receive the correct food, or if the tacos in the bag are still whole or at least partially whole. This location is frequently out of their most common soda’s, don’t have ice, or will be out of the large cups and give you a medium instead as if that is fine. Go to any other Taco Bell besides this one, it has been the same for over a year now.

I gotta say this was 1 of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had as far as service goes. My daughter ordered our food online & I had her send it to this Taco Bell due to everytime we order from the other Taco Bell, our food is never right or something is missing from the order. We thought we’d see if this one was any better. Well…no such luck. 1st we pulled in at 8:11pm. The drive thru had 1 at the speaker & 1 behind them. We moved up 1 spot kinda quick. It went to crap from there on. We sat there 10 minutes b4 we got to the speaker. Normally, at this point, I would’ve left if it hadn’t already been paid for. They finally answered the speaker we told them we had an online order. They said to pull around. We finally make it to the window & let me tell ya, 1st let me say that there’s certain jobs for certain people. The guy at this window, working the register & handing people their food, was not the person for that kind of job. He was a rather large fellow that was setting on his tale. He probably had to set by the look of him. We sat at that window a good 5 minutes or better. This guy didn’t move hardly an inch! Then to top it all off, when he handed the bag of food out the window, he barely got it to us without it dumping it everywhere cause he wouldn’t hardly move. He barely even turned toward us, much less raise up outta that chair, even an inch! My opinion, this isn’t the kind of job for someone with those kind of issues. He would do better as a Walmart greeter or something where setting is more job appropriate. A fast food drive thru is not that! Come on management, you can pick someone more appropriate. Anyways, we finally pulled away at 8:31pm, 20 minutes later for an online order that u pickup at the drive thru. The ONLY positive thing about the experience was at least the food was all made right & good. Service on the other hand, needs some help for sure.

It was terrible service!!!!! We order a volcano burrito it was flat had nothing hardly in it we also ordered a beefy potato burrito that was also flat had hardly nothing in it. The Mountain Dew Pepsi was watered down they said it was full but my family of 4 all tried it and it was definitely watered down and then also they didn’t have nacho fries for the loaded nacho fries so they gave me potatoes for it this is the worse service I have experienced! They suck!!!

Everything was fresh, hot, and exactly what you want for a quick, comfort-food dinner. Taco Bell always comes through when you’re craving something indulgent and familiar.

Stopped by the Athens Taco Bell around 10:30pm on 9/1/25 and had an excellent experience. The gentleman working the drive-thru window during this shift was incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. My order was handled perfectly, and the service made the late-night stop a bright spot in my day.
The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I ordered. From prior visits, I can also say this location consistently looks clean and well-maintained, which gives a great impression as a customer.
Big thanks to the team here for going above and beyond—I’ll definitely keep coming back on our trips back and forth from Nashville to Huntsville!

FOOD POISONING 12/6/2025!! Mexican pizzas gave myself and my child food poisoning that ended us in the hospital getting IV fluids— called & told the “manager” and she said “okay.” Didn’t ask what we had, what day & time it was ordered or any important details to be able to pinpoint the issue. Reported to the local Health Department!

Just curious if y’all are going to give the food that was paid for cause this is a joke. Spent 15 minutes in the drive-thru *was the only car* waiting for 3 bean and cheese burritos that had ONE SPOONFUL of ingredients. DO BETTER! Guess they didn’t have any time in the 15 minutes we were waiting, to cut the quesadilla.
