The lady taking my order was beyond friendly. I had no problem with her. This is the second time I’ve come through here in the tomb of. And they’ve given me somebody else else’s food and if you don’t have the time to turn around, but you should not have to then shame on you check your food. I don’t know why they can’t check your order twice.

They are always so nice here if they make a mistake they have always fixed it, same thing if doordash or the wendys app screws it up, I have hardly had a bad experience here. They are really awesome people and you can tell almost everyone there works really hard.

Got my food and noticed I didn’t have a straw or napkins. No biggie everyone makes mistakes. Before the window closes I ask her for a straw and she says one is in the bag. There was not a straw in the bag. I then proceeded to ask loudly again since the window was closed and i heard her talk to herself that there is a straw in my bag as she ignored me. Order made on 7:27pm, Tuesday.

I hit up the drive thru this time around. I can say I did not wait very long to get my order. The girl taking my order was very nice. My order was correct. My overall experience was good. But my overall complaint is how much fast food costs anymore. I know everything goes up but it’s crazy fast food costs as much as a sit down.
