I went to drive through and ordered 4 cheese krystals with no pickles and a fry. I asked for ketchup and the employee said they dont have ketchup so I asked could I get a dipping sauce she stated they had to charge me, she could only give me mayo or mustard. I declined and left. I went to eat my krystals and they luke warm. Open the sandwich and the pickle imprint was on the cheese, so they took the pickles off. They dont even care if i have an allergy or not. Please prepare food fresh as though you would like it yourself. I spent my money on food I couldnt even eat. Yall need to do better.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this location. After ordering, I was informed that the item I wanted was out of stock until February 23. To make matters worse, I was told that I needed to process a refund through the app, which I knew wasn’t possible. This whole ordeal took place between 8:10 and 9:14, during which I had to visit the window multiple times only to be turned away. It wasn’t until I expressed my frustration that they offered to replace the item, which could have been done from the start. Not only that, my order was supposed to be no cheese and the entire order had cheese. I feel disrespected and won’t be returning to this location. As a manager, I know that our staff would never treat customers this way, and I think corporate needs to step in and retrain the staff at this location.

Went to order a sack full of krystals for my kids, and I entered the dining area,it was filthy, sanitation bags on the table, large globs of lard sitting unattended, kitchen area was disgusting. If I have to feed my family from an establishment that looks in this manner, they will never worry about my service again. I was also looking for a score card that I couldn’t locate.

I made an online order through the Krystal App for the second time for drive through pick up at the Buena Vista Rd, location at 9:27p and for the 2nd time my experience was less than stellar. Both times, I ordered Chili Cheese Krystals and received regular cheese Krystals. Also, for the second time, they did not have any sweet tea, so I opted for the current promo drink of Strawberry Lemonade, and they didn’t have that either. Then I waited in the drive-through for 18 minutes to be told my order wasn’t on the screen, and I had to show them my phone to prove I made/paid for an order. Same exact experience on my previous visit. The fries were clearly not fresh. Needless to say, I didn’t at all enjoy my dinner. Don’t bother making an online order, it won’t be ready, they won’t have any tea, and apparently no one on night shift knows how to make Chilli cheese Krystals because I have yet to get them.

As you can see by my receipt, I ordered an Apple turnover for dessert. Well, I was informed that they didn’t have any sweet tea, which if they saw that I ordered tea, they would have also saw my apple turnover since it was right below the tea on the receipt. But guess what, I get home no apple turnover was in my bag …both bags were stapled closed,(Krystals in one, chilli cheese fries in another) so I didn’t check my order, before I left but I wish I had. It’s cold out, and I didn’t want to go all the way back to the restaurant.

12/07/2023 – I attempted to contact the restaurant using the online form they have but it doesn’t allow you to…it takes you to another screen to use another method to contact, and that doesn’t work either… , so basically I lost money, didn’t have my dessert, and the online contact form is inoperable.
Since I’m quite pissed for yet again paying and not getting all my food…which at this point its roughly $8.00 (2 trips missing the Chilli on my Krystals $3 each visit, and $2 for my turnover yesterday). I think I’ll just skip the Scramblers I was going to get this morning and just go to BK, or McD’s instead down the street…

Ordered 3 bacon Cheese Krystals, Chilli Cheese Fries, Large Sweet Tea, and Apple Turnover…receipt stapled on the bag, and order still wrong…my Turnover wasn’t in the bag, instead it was a medium fries?? Come on guys you gotta do better…my goodness…

I visited Krystals tonight, ordered a pick 5, Chilli Cheese party fries, chilli cheese pup, and paid extra for a large sweet tea. Got their, no customers were in the drive thru, and allowed 20 minutes to prepare my 16 min order according to the app, well I get there, and my food wasn’t ready, had to wait another 10 minutes for my food…like really, then my Chilli cheese pup wasn’t in the bag, had to drive back around and get my pup..I then tasted my drink…like wow, this is the kicker, I tasted my drink and it was a coke…I told the cashier that I ordered a Sweet Tea…”we ‘ain’t got no sweet tea”…ok so you just put whatever in the damn cup and give it to the customer…? I was livid…Iook at my fries, and most of the fries didn’t have chilli on them…like ok…this is ridiculous…
THIS IS MY LAST BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE, IM NOT RETURNING…IM SICK OF MY ORDER BEING WRONG, AND HAVING TO DRINK EVERYTHING BUT TEA…

The manager need to double the pay and hire more people. The wait time is unreal. Even with two people they are slow beyond comprehension. One person cook, one person take the orders. Not that hard to comprehend. Hire more people and stop being cheap. No more excuses.

The only reason to stop at this Krystal location is convenience but every visit is horrible! Get some help or shut down! Longest wait times, don’t stop by if you on your way to work or an appointment. You will wait at least 8 minutes at the window for anything! Done with this location!

So I’m a columbus native and since ive been able to drive this has been the best kystals, I left for 20yrs and been up north been the west and further south but nobody has krystals made like these. I don’t know if its the ingredients but you guys are always on point keep up the good work
