They have cinnamon! Tiny but well organized. Working hard! Positive emotions! Clean restrooms. Their protein latte is super good! Huge parking lot is nearby! Too less of tables. And not too much windows. More light inside is gonna be much better!

don’t get me wrong, everything tasted great like it always does but I ordered my frappuccino ahead I thought if you wanted it made well you had to order ahead, so I pull through the drive through like a minute early before I’m even notified for my drink.
when I get to the window I see they must have made it forever ago because the drink and the whipped cream is all half melted and it wasn’t even in a Christmas cup (not super important but it was a contributing factor)
I understand that it was busy, but did you really have to make it so far ahead of time?

Having a mom and daughter date today and we rarely do something like Starbucks but decided to treat ourselves. The person at the window was rushy, closed the window quickly and nonresponsive when I tried waving them down to ask for some cold foam in a cup that I could just put on top myself. Placed a mobile order for my daughter’s favorite drink for her and I, only to receive them sans the pumpkin cream cold foam. Instead of half-hearted “enjoy” and “yum!” written on the cups, we would’ve much more appreciated the drink made correctly. Disappointed in the service and fortunately for my wallet I won’t be back. Super glad to read other reviews of positive experiences though and that ours was a fluke!

Used Door dash for the first time tonight.! I called to make sure my order was what I really wanted and a young man named Lucas Answered the phone. He was very informative and descriptive about what I ordered. Thank you so much for helping make my coffee perfect! I work overnight, so I definitely needed it to be perfect!!

I understand it’s the holidays and everyone is busy, but every time I go to this location, the baristas are so RUDE! They need a major reconstruction on their staff with their attitudes, because making faces and being hateful when asked for sleeves on hot drinks and straws for cold drinks is unacceptable for any coffee shop, let alone a well known one like Starbucks. Spending $20 on two drinks as a treat we only indulge on the weekend, and every time we go here it’s the same three people who act like they hate their job and want us to just leave. Also, I’m not sure how you guys are always out of sleeves when you never even pass them out anyways? But to the blonde girl working the drive thru today (12/14) at 2:15pm, we unfortunately get you every time and your attitude towards customers is horrendous. It isn’t hard to be kind to people, especially during the holidays.

Used to get espresso all the time and it was very rare it was wrong. Now I get coffee and although I order it the same every single time I get a completely different drink each time. Today although there was no line or anyone else in drive thru and I only ordered one drink they handed me a drink that was spilling all over and burning me and so I get home it’s all over me all over my car I make it into the house and carefully open it to realize this thing was so over full!! They seriously didn’t care and served it to me like this?! Will be going to Dunkin’!
