Almost every Popeyes location varies either way but I was satisfied with the food at this location. The wait time wasn’t as quick as expected given that I placed an order well ahead of time on the app. Overall, this location offers better quality than others near it.

Yesterday evening or afternoon I stopped by to grab something because I was on my way to New York City and I asked the guy at the drive-through if there was any deals on tender yeah six dollars let me get back. I got it given my only $50 bill that I had in my pocket Because I wanted to use cash give it to him. Give me back my change about $35 and something cents put it on the side of my car because I was of course driving and today the next day after that go to a convenience store in New York City and I was accused of giving them fake money when I looked at the 20 it was a fake bill so they kept it and I have to pull out an extra $20. Of course I don’t have to proof but I want to call the location where this happens and this is the one on Allgate Lane right next to where I used to work for many years and I was a loyal customer of that store. The manager starts questioning me about if I was certain that I got that money there that she never had anything like that happen before to her. I said OK it is not about me getting the money back, but about informing you that it happened at your store she keeps questioning my integrity and telling me that she doesn’t believe me You know that at this point, they just lost a customer and they got a very bad review because you don’t treat your regular customers or any customer that actually passes to your store and comes for a matter to you treat them like they were criminals never stolen anything from anyone or any place in my life But this people have lost a customer and this is my review for this Popeyes location dead to me

Store opens at 10. Unorganized and serving cold food. Likely leftovers from yesterdays shift. If you’re going to serve old food, at least have the decency to serve the food hot. This is exactly why fast food is dying around the country. Expensive food served poorly. Inedible.

Clean lobby, staff was quick with getting ordered together. Didn’t ask if we needed any condiments, and did not give any napkins however. Also, the food was delicious. Chicken cooked right, but we ordered a family box of 10 and got more small pieces then bigger pieces.
