Don’t say it will be 15-20 minutes for carryout then 45 minutes later tell me it will be ANOTHER 8 MINUTES FOR CARRYOUT. Was too much I left they got my money I didn’t get my pizzas now I gotta figure out how to get a refund. Other people did walk out prior to me, I should have taken the hint but was very patient for 45 minute FOR TAKEOUT. Was not willing to wait another 8 minutes or more. Should have told me in advance an accurate wait time not make excuses after the fact and leave me sitting in your place waiting

Love dominos. My go-to pizza spot. But I feel like there’s ALWAYS something wrong with delivery. Whether its the wrong food order, the long wait time (I live less than a 5 minute drive away), or something else..
I ordered online and got the wrong pasta and attempted to call three times but was on hold for 15+ minutes total. (Fun fact! Being told all of their deals, new dishes, etc. For 15 minutes is HELL.) I ordered a second time to get my ACTUAL order and told the driver what happened. He was understanding and took it to his manager.
The manager called me and refunded my order but said they did not get any calls from my number last night. Great food but whats wrong with the service?

Went online and ordered two pizzas half pepperoni have specialty and then I received two cheese pizzas. I tried calling explaining them. That’s not what I ordered and they told me that’s what I ordered so I know what I ordered. Not happy never order here again

Every few weeks we stop by to pick up a (preorder) of about 25 to 30 pizzas for the local high school band. Pizza is always fresh, staff is friendly and they even help get everything loaded in the car. Good food and great staff, absolutely!!!

You could tell they were having a busy night! The store called to let us know. We were happy for the communication! Went to pick up and every employee in the store was working VERY hard to complete orders to meet demand. It was very impressive. The guy I encountered was very helpful and friendly!
