This location is a constant disappointment. The fries are never hot and fresh and today my chicken sandwich was hard and old and my son’s nuggets looked like they were double dipped. I have given this place multiple chances because it’s conveniently located on my drive home but after today I’m done. I’m tired of wasting money on terrible food.

This is worst McDonald’s in Memphis. The food was cold and not appetizing. I should have taken pictures because my words may be too kind, but I will NEVER come back here. I should have read the reviews before spending my money. Thanks for reminding me why I stopped eating fast food in the first place. Please stop serving food you wouldn’t eat just to beat the clock/timer. Quality means everything and this was my first and last visit.

No fault to the person who took my order and the one who brought me my order, but I had to wait longer for my part of the order just for it not to even be cooked fully. I would’ve gotten a picture but I had to spit it out due to it being uncooked. Also feeling sick from the uncooked egg I had on the McMuffin I had ordered. I didn’t even eat my second one due to this.

update: I gave the place another try and they don’t even honor the price on their menu. they had a two for $4.50 mixing match bacon egg and cheese, sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. I ordered it and They told me it ended but yet they still had it on their menu.
i can’t tell you about the quality of food at this location but they’re the worst at taking orders in drive-through. I was in line #1 they never took my order they just kept taking orders for line #2. I sat there for multiple cars and eventually gave up trying to order food through the drive-through. Decided it’s a sign to never eat McDonald’s again, thank you.

Let me say the young lady that waited on me, was great very attentive and polite. The food wasn’t prepared the way I had asked for. I simply asked for extra onions and once I got my food. There were no onions on my sandwich but it had way too much ketchup on it. So, I just asked could you just add the onions they remade the the order instead, thanks for that. I got the remake and it was the same ketchup all over the top and bottom bun and still not one onion. Upon checking my order I look up and everyone in the back was just staring at me which made me feel uncomfortable, all the while the manager had nothing to say about the situation and she was in the lobby while everything was going on
