So delicious, cozy, and the best hospitality! This lodge-style restaurant appeared like a mirage driving in the dark through the snow. Everything was so good, especially the tom kha soup and drunken noodles. The original owner was beloved in the community and very sadly passed from covid. His niece kept the restaurant going and was so welcoming. The dishes were even better than our favorite Thai spot at home in Boston! Would love to return in the summer when I saw they have a garden for herbs in their flavorful dishes.

This place has a large menu serving both Thai and Japanese cuisine. I got drunken noodles and it was incredible! The pork was so thin and tender, the vegetables were cooked to perfection, and when I asked for it hot, they delivered. Will try it Thai spicy hot next time 😉 My husband got katsudon and that was also quite good, very flavorful. The Thai iced coffee is very sweet but it was a nice treat. Excellent, friendly service like most places in Monticello. Can’t believe there’s a place like this in such a remote area. SO grateful they are open and will certainly be back. Highly recommend!

Thai cuisine is a bit on the sweet side, and almost all dishes have a sweet tinge, so be prepared. I enjoyed the food, especially the salad. The prices are certainly not cheap. To be completely objective, I paid $68.69 for one salad and two main courses (the portions were average), plus a 20% tip. It’s a lot for that kind of food, objectively. Hence, four stars. The service was also so-so (they tried to take away my food before I’d finished it ).

Took the suggestion of the desk clerk at the motel. Good move. Excellent egg roll appetizer that they made gluten free for us. 6 rolls (spring roll size) for $9.95. She had Drunken Noodles (again, gluten free) I had Tom Yum Chicken Fried Rice. Both excellent, both way more than we could eat, both $19.95. We’d eat here once a week if we lived nearby.

Wow, a great little gem tucked away in this small town. First of all the service was phenomenal, Joyclynne -sorry if I’ve butchered name- was caught off guard when I told her to order me one of her favorites. I ended up with the pineapple curry with chicken. I had white rice -unlimited- so just ask for more if you need it. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY wonderful. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE … I will be back.

Excellent vegetarian options. I got the cashew entree and my wife got the salmon poke. I would definitely recommend this place. Food was amazing.

We really enjoyed our meal here! The two vegan rolls were excellent! The Tom Yum soup was absolutely perfect. Exactly what we wanted after a long day being outside and hiking and exerting ourselves. Plus, amazing & super friendly service! Highly recommend!

Love how clean it was. Upon entering not much people out here on our road trip.
Had some padthai.
Little too sweet for me but it was alright still as to be expected.
It had the spicy chilli flakes which was great there. 100 percent recommend it

We stopped in here during their off season (Nov-Feb) and the food was amazing. I was very pleased to see Kao Soi on the menu. I like my food very spicy and full of flavor and they did not disappoint. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a freshly cooked meal. If you aren’t into Thai or Sushi don’t be deterred, they still have options for you (chicken skewers, meatballs, garden salad, tempura fried veggies etc).
