The food is amazing, but I do always have to seem to wait for more to be cooked out of broc/beef, pepper beef, or chicken & green beans. It does make it fresh & good, just so everyone knows you might have to wait, but the staff is good about getting it out quickly if you do.
Those 3 items & spring rolls are the best in my option.
If you order takeout or delivery there’s no chopsticks unless you ask for them directly.

I had ordered 5 plates this morning. All 5 plates came with some sticky wet fried rice. Are you all that lazy to remake the rice? Seriously nasty and a waste of my money. Do better

What to order: orange chicken, broccoli beef (when it’s fresh), honey sesame chicken, and the sweetfire chicken are all well worth your time. The fried rice is bland, but two packets of soy sauce or one packet of sweet and sour sauce fix that right up. I really enjoy the egg rolls as well, but you have to snag some sweet and sour or else it’s not worth it.
This location is clean and the service has been friendly and helpful. Parking can be hard to come by depending on the time, and navigating in and out of the parking lot is its own circle of Hell in Dante’s journey, but otherwise this is a good location.

We ordered from the app while we were en route. The estimated wait time was about 30 min. When we arrived 5 min later, we were happy to sit down and wait. We received a text message within 2 min of arriving saying the order was ready. My wife went up the register (no line) and the girl behind the counter was very rude and told her, with attitude, she would have to wait. My wife said that was totally fine and asked to purchase a drink while she was waiting. The girl again, very rudely, told her she would have to wait. So my wife stood there, waiting. The girl eventually just handed her a cup and said she would take care of it later. We received our food and a lot of the ragoons didn’t have cream cheese. After bringing this to their attention, the same girl did replace the ragoons, but it was very obvious she wasn’t happy about it. I asked for an extra to-go box so we could distribute food between our kids and she said she couldn’t do that, she could give me a bag instead. We have never, at any visit to any Panda Express, been told we couldn’t have a to-go box. I said I wasn’t leaving without an extra box. She finally gave me one.
We didn’t catch her name, but this girl was intentionally very rude to us. I worked in restaurant management for 15+ years, so I understand having bad days, training new employees, mistakes happen, etc. but there is no need for rudeness. We came in happy, and left irritated. We will go out of our way to eat at another Panda next time, if we go back at all.

I used to think Panda Express wasn’t great but tried it again after not having gone in a while. Freshly prepared, good tasty options, veggies were cooked to just the right texture, service was friendly, overall a good experience. We came back and it was as good as the previous visit. We have been to more expensive places and been less satisfied, but will come back to Panda for the value.

I understand paying extra for the premium entrées, But to then only get half scoops on them as well is crazy. I’m already paying extra… Why am I getting half the serving size? I’ve noticed this is pretty common among a lot of panda express locations. I’ve just never had it as bad as it was in this location. It’s happened multiple times here in this specific location. Paying extra and being served limited rations lol.

I love coming to this panda! It’s by far my favorite! There food is absolutely amazing! The service is always phenomenal! Everyone is so fast and friendly, I’ve never experienced bad food or service, it’s always very clean and well kept, All the employees are always happy to help! my favorite things to eat their are the chow main and fried rice is always fresh, never dry. The teriyaki chicken is always so tender juicy and fresh, every time I go in there it’s always super good! I will forever go to this panda! They deserve 5 stars and high satisfaction, i always see everyone working hard and making sure everything is up to customer expectation, they’re always making sure your experience is fantastic!
