I decided to give it one more try. Food was much better at 5th Ave store. Good portions and really fresh. Must be a new crew working. I’m not sure about the Barboursville store.
I went to Barboursville store last week, all beans and rice, which the rice was crunchy. No meat or veggies. Today, I went to 5th Ave store, what a mistake, smallest portion ever for $12, all lettuce and cheese nothing else.
Talk about shrinkflation!!!

My family and I where passing through tryin to get back to Ky. We had never tried chipotle so wasn’t sure what to expect. I have to say, the customer service here where so friendly and top notch. They didn’t get aggravated with our family of 5 tryin to figure out what items to choose. I would 100% return and would also recommend quite a few restaurant employess visit this establishment to know just how its done. I didn’t get their names but a lady taking our orders and a young man taking payment get 5 stars from our family!!

We had an exceptionally delicious lunch at this franchise of Chipotle. I have multiple food limitations, so when we take long trips, we eat at several Chipotles. On this ten day trip we ate at 3 Chipotles in three states and this was the freshest and most delicious by far. The employees were also kind and helpful. What a gem!!!

Scored as it is exactly what I expect at a Chipotle. Just across from the stadium at Marshall University. Student crowd mostly here. Beans and guacamole are my simple usual dish. Limited parking. Limited seating. Clean facility. Can get messy when very busy. Clean restrooms, usually.

I found a hair in my food and had old, burnt, dried-out steak in my rice bowl. It was so bad I couldn’t eat it, then when I emailed them to complain about this issue I was told that “unfortunately this happens, and they apologize for the experience”, well the apology didn’t change the fact that my son couldnt eat his dinner I had just paid for bc it was not only burnt, but after finding a dark Black hair in it (no one in my family has black African American hair), of course no one wanted to eat it! My son loved Chipotle until this happened and ate it on a regular basis, but hasn’t been back since this incident. I mean finding a hair that’s not yours in your food kind of eliminates your appetite.

I have had the same issue four times now. This time I decided to do something about it. I usually order a burrito bowl when I visit Chipotle and have only had this recurring issue at this specific location with one specific employee. So basically She puts half the portion size that you are supposed to get in the bowl. It’s gotten to the point when I go that I automatically ask her for extra rice and beans just to get a normal portion size. Still short on the queso and barbacoa. It’s to the point I want to just asking for someone else to prepare my food. I tried to call the location and got rerouted to who knows what country…. 20 mins later I got a coupon for another burrito bowl but was the issue really resolved? I guess I will give them one more change with my coupon to see if they can do it right this time.

Imagine this, you just work a 10 hour shift at a fast food joint and finally get off work, you decide to order chipotle since you earned it after a long busy day. You get there before close drive home tired as well but excited for the well deserved food. Open your order and started to eat it…after two bites you noticed that you are missing your lettuce, cheese, and veggies. Thinking maybe it’s down time n the middle take a few more bites still no lettuce, cheese or veggies. What in the world?? This isn’t what I order and is SUPER disappointing was expecting a few delicious meal after a long day and it turned into a disappointment.

Meat was dry and burnt, it tastes like eating charcoal off a grill. No queso on one bowl, no sour cream on the other. Finding random onions and peppers in the bowl, didn’t ask for anything with onions or peppers. Left them a good tip and food is garbage. Will go to qdoba next time

This is the smallest portion sized bowl I have EVER gotten from a Chipotle. And this serving size is AFTER I said to the server “is that it!?” And I optioned for an extra scoop of rice. And still expect to charge $10.78 for 60% of the typical serving size of a bowl. This was during lunch hour. Won’t be eating there again

My 14yr old son eats here everyday! lol I like it too, food is fresh and very flavorful, and they are super quick making it for u as well. No complaints from us!
