I ordered the Jack-o-Lantern spooky bundle meal but got nothing like advertised. Wrapped in the special jack-o-lantern wrapper was a regular whopper not the orange one like advertised no sauce and no Franken candy Sundae just plain vanilla ice cream because they didn’t have the one for this meal. My son was so excited for this meal because of the commercials. But what a disappointment Brighton Burger King did.

Walk in order some food, then ask the cashier if they have tacos. She says yes we do but they can only be ordered online. I then look online on the app and didn’t see anything so i just ask the lady working the front if she can tell me where they are on the app. She says i don’t use the app so i don’t know… okay no problem I’ll keep looking so i stood there for awhile longer and can’t find them. I then asked how I’m suppose to get them if they can’t be ordered at the register and can only be ordered on the app but they have no idea where. I search the entire app again and they are nowhere to be found even asked google where they are located on the app. No luck so then frustration starts kicking in so i ask the other employee if she knows and she said she don’t know. Okay cool is there any way i can get the district managers name I ask. No reply but lady makes a call suddenly, she talks to someone then gets off the phone and says okay they are not available. Okay obviously i wasn’t suppose to be there at BK tonight but I’ll say this…. Please recognize yourself with the menu what’s available and not as this could’ve all been i avoided. I told them many times it wasn’t there fault to keep from them thinking i was singling someone out but again this should’ve and could’ve all been avoided. Many issues reported at this BK and i never personally had one that i can remember but this starts things for me. I’ll likely continue to go but the next visit will determine what changes in this review.

Who would have thought I’d be rating a Burger King 5 Stars?!?!? This was far and beyond the mediocre BK experiences I’ve had over the past few years. Clearly they are stepping up their game! The Whopper had a nice char, was well assembled, wrapped neatly and placed in the box. The fries legit rivaled McDonald’s fries and that is saying something. The service was with a smile and everything was clean. I may have to put BK back on the radar when I want a quick burger! Or at least the Bridge Street location. Whoever was working 2/19 @ Noon, you guys killed it! Faith in the King Restored after years of regretful meals.

Buyer beware! We went to the Brighton Burger King, and their buns are moldy. When I called to inform them of the issue, the lady that answered the phone said she was the manager was rude would not give me her name and seemed to not care that they’re serving moldy disgusting food that can get people sick!

My daughter and I decided to eat lunch at this restaurant. I can’t tell you what was worse, the food or the service. You get service whenever they feel like helping you. You will stand there to wait on them, even IF there are no customers ahead of you. I ordered an original chicken sandwich, which was soggy and nasty. The mayo looked old and resembled pure vasoline. My meal was more than 10$, and it wasn’t edible. Also, while I was standing waiting patiently for them to take my order, a man walked in and asked to use the restroom. He was told no, and then frowned upon by the management. She treated him like a low class citizen! BURGER KING, you have to do better than that! The manager would hardly communicate with Caucasian people. I felt like this place, especially the manager ,displayed racism towards their customers that were not Hispanic! PATHETIC!!!

Waited 15 minutes to even get my food, the workers were fighting and cussing over how the food was made incorrectly . My whopper didn’t taste like anything had literally no flavor and lettuce and tomatoes were old . My chicken sandwiches came out crushed . Worst experience at any Burger King .

I ordered delivery. They left out 2 coffee drinks I ordered. I contacted them and they said they’d give me a credit. I said I don’t want a credit. They said that’s all they can do. So burger will steal from you if you order from them. The customer service is terrible, the food was bad and they are thieves. FYI, I couldn’t just got to the store because I’m disabled, that’s why I use delivery. Burger takes advantage of people who cannot drive and steals from them. I even have the door dash pic showing no drinks. Don’t order from them.

This is my second time in the last month getting Burger King and the food was great both times. But I really want to give a shout-out to the young man who rang me up (same person both visits). I was pleasantly surprised by how kind, polite, and well-mannered he was. He made eye contact, smiled, and gave genuine customer service. Good job to him and that closing team.

Probably the worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. Ordered a whopper combo and my fries were dumped in the bag and ice cold. Gave me my drink without any ice in it. You need to get it together if you wanna charge $12 for a burger and some cold fries and hot soda. Would not recommend this location if you like hot fresh food.

Missing double burger. A double burger ordered given a single instead. Pretty sure they have no more mustard after my order. 100% going to Wendy’s and pay little bit more but my order is correct. Oh the Bk app I tried let them know. It said it will connect me. Let’s just say this statement was awhile ago. I clicked off.
