This location is the worst!! Management is horrible and the employees show that the manager doesn’t care… I placed an order online for pick up at 630 to be picked up at 640. When I get there 10 cars in line so I decided to walk in. 645 I asked for my food and was told it wasn’t ready . 655 I asked again and was told they were out of brown rice it would be 30 mins. When I asked to speak to manager for refund she told me I couldn’t get a refund because of the app. Their app!! I had to call a number !!! She didn’t apologize, no sense of urgency, no nothing!!! Waited 20 mins after agreeing to take white rice!!! This location is just a convenience but I will definitely drive to Hendersonville from now on!! This was the last time for this type of service !!!

The tall assuming manager women was extremely rude to the other employees. The kitchen floor, surfaces and grill were so gross, I literally decided to not eat the meat and will be reporting this to the local health department. The other employee were nice, but moral was very low. The tables were gross and the food was okay. The manager was so skimpy with portions and just nasty to interact with.
I would not recommend this location to anyone and will be reaching out to corporate to inform them of how she is treating the staff in front of customers.
If this specific manager is reading this. You can do much better. Start by treating your staff with respect. They are the one you really need to run the place and keep the doors open. Listen to public feed back, you dont know best. You should be ashamed of yourself and you represent the worst of the Chipotle brand.

This place is horrible! I use to like Chipotle but the people here were super rude. The tall blonde, I’m assuming is the manager, was very rude while we were checking out, like we were a bother by being there. Then an employee with zero people skills got mad at me cause I put the Tabasco back in the wrong spot. I only did so cause she was in the way restocking something I guess. Atleast I brought it back.. lol. No more Chipotle for me, Dos Bros from now on

The night crew is absolutely horrible. They are so eager to get off work that it’s like if you don’t want to be there why come in. It’s so unprofessional they so worried about taking a smoke break and having a break versus fixing people’s food the correct And then get an attitude because they made your food sloppy or didn’t give you the right portion. They honestly need to fire this whole night crew and restart over.

The food was good however the service I received from one of the employees (Katie) was unacceptable I left out upset because I’ve never experienced that type of behavior from this location and the manager allowed this behavior not only was she (Katie) rude she tossed my change on the counter very nasty like and when I asked her to place my money in my hand the same way she received it she raised her voice at me like I inconvenienced her…. What a terrible experience. The food was cold. Not warm. Cold. The chips were stale. Like they had sat there since the day before. There were no forks to use. I asked for one and the girl said I have to use a spoon. There were NO napkins. None. None of the tables were clean to eat on. There was trash on the floor everywhere. It seems like there was more than enough people there standing around that the place good be much cleaner. I was very disappointed with my visit.

Literally took so long when I ordered 20 mins before hands I had to wait additional 10 more plus the lady there was absolutely so rude and kept saying on my momma they gonna get it , the worker kept putting her fingers and wiping the burrito off Mind you cleaning the counter with my burrito. I can see why they’re getting bad reviews. Had a pick up order was quoted by their system for 4:14 pm pick up READY time. Waited 25 minutes went inside, they said another 7 minutes for chicken.
So it’s been 40 minutes over the originally quoted time. Still no food, front of house stands around while only one person cooking. Simple management flaws. Something a change of hands could fix.
