Veggie patty is my current pregnancy craving and no problems with the staff service or food. In fact, Chirag has been nothing but helpful and considerate of my preferences.
That being said: Aside from the location not taking mail coupons/promos, they dont take some Sub Club deals. So what’s the perk of being Sub Club member if I can’t take advantage of the app deals, other than the fourth free footlong?! They offer veggie patty in this location but it’s not reflected on the website or app so I can’t get the one thing I want without going in person, which is such a major inconvenience. Please fix the app!

I come here often and found today was different the place was sparkly super clean and the amazing women behind the counter was so friendly and engaging. 5 star service. tuna sandwich was perfect. Here it is a week later and again the service was amazing. This time I couldn’t help but ask the women her name because her service is amazing. Tina is her name and today she was with another young lady that was also very nice. Go Tina

I’ve ordered twice through the app. The first time, my order was mysteriously picked up by someone else?! So I had to wait while my sandwiches were remade. The second time, one of the 12” was only a 6”. It’s BOGO 12” for 1/2 price if you order on the app. I didn’t realize we got a 6” until I got home, so we had to go back for the other half of the sandwich. Clearly, this location is unable to effectively handle app orders.

They treat there customers well. Very friendly service and tasty food. They clean wash hands after every customer interaction and conversations while they make your sandwich. Love it here
