Come on now Wingstop pluck the dang feathers off the chicken BEFORE you fry them. frying them with feathers will not remove them

I’ve eaten here at least 12-13 times in the past 4 months. Dine-in, takeout, mobile orders, everything but delivery (I own the spot next door), and the staff here has always been super friendly. The food is good, tried basically everything on the menu at this point, but nothing beats the boneless mango habanero for me. Even got the atomic once and that wasn’t too bad spice-wise, mostly peppery heat. Not a huge fan of the dry rubs, but that’s just me. The wife loves the Hawaiian. We’ll be coming back over and over

Hair fried onto the chicken AGAIN! Last year i made a TikTok video showing my Followers that I had hair fried onto my chicken wing. Six months later, my kid decided she wants to go back and she has hair fried on her chicken as well. I’ve been to this location several times and I don’t think I’ve seen any more hair protection than a hat I never see the staff wearing hair nets, i am beyond disgusted. This is the second time I’ve found hair in my food from Wingstop — again, fried onto my chicken. It’s completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of hygiene and quality control in the kitchen. Finding hair in your food once is bad enough, but twice? That’s a pattern. I will not be ordering from here again, and I hope this issue is taken seriously before someone else gets sick. Gross!!

So we have been to this place a few times and the food was good. But on our third trip, the food was overcooked, dry and tiny. We got the eight piece wings paid about $21 for the combo and felt like we got $10 worth of food.

I ordered boneless wings and fries and both tasted like they were not freshly made. The hot wings were super dry and the breading was soggy. The fries were also soggy and soaked in oil. The herb wings tasted fresh but the seasoning is a bit over powering and really salty.

I placed an online order and sent my daughter in for pickup. They gave her the wrong wings. She went back in and, after being talked to rudely, they handed her the same wrong wings again. I called and emailed photos of my order vs. what we received. The staff member insisted it was “right” and told me to call his manager at 10am. Worst service I’ve had here. Where to start?!?… The service is by far lacking and any kind of “management” for the employees is a joke- I believe this was the gentleman with longer dark hair with highlights, that had his hair up- although not in any kind of net. You WILL wait forever here if you walk in- 20-30 easy. For some dry corn and even drier chicken wings. Floors were dirty, tables were not being cleaned after people left. Only gave two stars for the simple fact the Louisiana Rub was decent. Not worth the wait nor what you get for $15.

Ordered through their site for delivery. 40pk wing meal. Added extra orders of fries as well. Order came half hour late but not a big deal as the driver texted us and said the restaurant was running behind. Fries were cold but wings were hot. No biggie threw the fries in the air fryer. The wings on the other hand we ordered 25/40 in Louisiana rub. We got dry wings instead. When I called the store to speak to the manager after spending $88 he was not having it from the start. Said he would refund for the fries…what? I had an issue with the WINGS. He said if we wanted it fixed to come in and exchange. Sorry I’m not driving from Covington to exchange but I told him I had a photo I could send him. He said the wings were right but “whatever he would refund”…….uhh okay? Worst customer service. Feedback in a restaurant is important and he clearly didn’t give a dang. It’s a shame we have always had a great experience but after that, no thanks.

Worst restaurant!! Placed an order for dinner and I’ll attach the pictures so you can see how bare my wings and boneless wings are! Manager decided to refund me instead of remaking my order with the excuse that online orders can’t be remake! Her name is Sage and I will never come back to this place! Horrible costumer service!
