Kenwood location was so dirty and 8am. You can tell bathroom, floors in the entire place were not cleaned the night before at all.

We had been meaning to try Nektar for a while and now that we have, we’re hooked! The Kenwood location has friendly staff and our pick-up orders are ready before we arrive, even if it was fewer than 10 minutes earlier. Each smoothie we have tried has been delicious and unique. I have gluten and dairy allergies and while they don’t guarantee cross-contamination won’t occur, I haven’t had any issues or gotten sick. This is a great store and well-run location! Thanks Nektar team!

Been a favorite of mine for two years, but it has new owners. They fired everyone who worked there, the strawberry banana smoothie was all banana, used to be heavy strawberry, no doubt because its cheaper. Yesterday i was gonna give it one more chance, but when i went in it smelled like sour garbage and instantly lost my appetite. Wont be back. Ownership matters.

I had stopped by this place to grab a smoothie quickly as I had driven through this place and wanted to try it . Had high hopes to have a really good smoothie but that wasn’t my experience . Walked in and totally lost my appetite for a smoothie since it was so unclean and felt like a very cheap place . I didn’t want to be rude and walk out without ordering , hence placed an order for smoothie that had coconut cream in it , it was prepared inside the small kitchen area and handed to me , I had it and felt ok but later on felt a weird itch in my throat and this later on upset my stomach as well . This place does not seem to worth the price and clearly very much unclean . I wouldn’t recommend this location as I am not sure if that’s the case with other locations .
