I finally got an iced cappuccino — not something you usually find at most Starbucks! I’ve only really enjoyed it from two locations, and this was one of them. Ordering was a bit tricky, but my friend Ruth really came through. She’s such a beautiful soul to be around — warm, kind, and always helpful.

Today is August 3 and I came to Starbucks at 10:13 PM and as I was leaving the Starbucks there was more people in line at the drive-through. We ended up calling the Starbucks and the lady said they’re closing early because she was shorthanded but when we went to the window, a guy named Julian answered the window and said they closed early. There was two people there? I don’t understand why they closed earliest they were shorthanded.

Rushed before closing, arrived 11:40 doesnt answer drive thru. Drive up to window and workers told us they were closed. Heard a lot of bad things and went to other Starbucks. You will not see us again.

Well the Starbucks on colima/Whittier blvd was busy. I ordered a caramel pecan drink( a new drink offered) and the car in front had problems with thier order. Orders returned back n forth
I saw an order returned. She finally got her orders. I drove up and the guy gave me my order- is told him I dont want that one that she returned. He assured me she didn’t drink from it. My thing is that drink had been sitting there for awhile and then returned and now given to me. Not great!!

Good customer service when I pulled up to the drive thru, I ordered the Iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken expresso and I’m not sure I got it because it tasted differently but it was GREAT! Thanks

Updated again 8.28.2020: Ordered mobile pickup and my boyfriend brought my drink home. Took off the lid to see if my order was right only to discover my cup wasn’t even full. Boyfriend swears he didn’t drink any and I haven’t touched it. Very disappointing. This Starbucks never gets my order right and now doesn’t even fill the cup. No foam doesn’t mean no drink.
Updated review: dropped my original rating to 3 stars. 5 visits in a row my order has been wrong. I always mobile order a chai latte warm with other simple modifications. All 5 times my order has still been hot enough to burn my tongue. So disappointed. I’m tempted to find a new Starbucks.
Great service and the baristas are always friendly and nice.

I’ve been to this Starbucks quite a few times now and I wanted to give a shout out to the employees who are always so friendly and professional. They somehow manage to get you in and out or through the drive thru fast while at the same time being human. Kudos to all of them. We notice and we appreciate you so much!

They closed the indoors. Took an extra 15 minutes to wait in line in the drive thru to pick up my mobile order drink. Should’ve been in n out. I would’ve just gotten gas station coffee instead. My coffee was pretty cold by the time I got it.

This Starbucks location sucks. First off the wait time is always long. You will wait at least 15 minutes for your drink even if there is only one car in front of you. However, that isn’t even the main issue. The drinks here suck. A few months ago the drinks were decent. Now every time I come here the drinks taste nasty. I always get the mocha cookie crumble. Every time it tastes watered down. Like tap water mixed in with the slightest bit of mocha. Also anytime I ask for extra cookie crumble I never get it. The drinks have become disgusting. I won’t be back & don’t recommend this Starbucks either. I rather drive 10 minutes to the other Starbucks nearby.
