My daughter moved up to Fort Collins from Austin, TX and we have been looking for some good breakfast burritos. Food Truck El Don is in a little building surrounded by auto repair businesses so do not be fooled and only be looking for a truck. It will be well worth your stop. We were very happy with the breakfast burritos we got. My granddaughter and I got the Bacon and my daughter got the Chorizo. My daughter said the chorizo was some of the best she has had since she arrived in Colorado. The tortillas are homemade and this little shop is worth the visit.

Took me a minute to find the place cause the food truck is out back of the restaurant, but oh man was it worth finding the place. I had two pork tacos and one of their amazing loaded hotdogs and It was sooooooooooooo gooooooooooood! I perfectly crafted and the right amount of food. I was hungry. Highly recommend El Don. The restaurant is tucked back in the corner behind beyond blue media and to the right of Hawker’s automotive and muffler.

Best tacos in Fort Collins! I had the barbacoa, chicken, and the fries and they were all fantastic! Super fresh, authentic, delicious, generous, and reasonably priced. I also loved the fresh juices – the cucumber was great! You can also get Mexican candies and sodas here which is awesome. Really friendly staff — 10/10 reccommend. It’s a bit easy to miss as the storefront is small but it’s just to the right of the auto shop and behind the shoe repair place.
