I want to be very clear: the 3-star rating is strictly for the management’s failure to staff this location properly.
The food was actually good. We enjoyed the ribs, pasta, and chicken tenders.
However, the highlight of our visit was Ashley. She was doing the work of three people: acting as the manager, seating guests, cleaning tables, and serving, all while maintaining a professional attitude. She did an incredible job despite being put in an impossible situation by the company.
It is unfair to employees like Ashley to be left so short-staffed. She is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review for the long wait times.
Management needs to hire more people to support their excellent staff.

The food was good and the service was great, the only reason for 4 stars is because the drinks we had were kinda watered down for a Premium Margarita.. my steak was overcooked but the waiter fixed it with no problem.. I love the jerk wings!!

I had the absolute best service here during my stay in AC! Jocelyn and Ashley went above and beyond in their hospitality! I was a part of a group of over 20, and they both handled all of the orders with ease! 10/10! I WILL be back, and I definitely recommend Margaritaville for any food needs!

Place is beautiful, clean and a lot of nice details in it. Service is great, we had Joselyne as our waitress. She gave us an A++++++ service, always checking on us and always making sure we have everything we need.

I have eaten here twice in 2025. The first time I noticed the new item on the menu was roasted half chicken (mashed taters and green beans), so I ordered it. It was DIVINE!! Truly, flavorful, juicy chicken that I picked clean and complimentary sides to go with it. The 2nd time I didn’t see the roasted chicken so I ordered the BBQ version of it and it was Okay, but not nearly as tasty as the plain, roasted half chicken was. On the second occasion I also ordered a house salad, which one would naturally assume was greens with some veg, a staple in my diet. Well to my disappointment, this house salad had more purple cabbage than greens. The photo does not do justice to the amount of cabbage in this salad. As soon as I mentioned the ratio to my waiter, he completely understood why I didn’t eat most of it. Truly, it should have been called a cabbage salad. I did not enjoy it.

We had dinner here while visiting Atlantic City. The food was delicious but several items were spicy and we were not expecting that. I had the Pacific Chicken Stir Fry. I cannot tolerate the slightest bit of spice but the food was so delicious I ate it. My husband had the ribs and chicken and he also loved it.
We loved the little area to take photos with the chair, palm tree, and the cutout board. Took full advantage of that.
Unfortunately our customer service was terrible. Our waiter was nice but his service was awful. We were seated and the waiter brought our drinks and took our order. We then waited over forty-five minutes for our food to arrive. He never came to check on us and never refilled our drinks. We flagged him down on two occasions to request a refill and both times it took a while for him to come back. When he came to take the payment he took our cards and stood chatting with a neighboring table for at least 10 to 15 minutes. My husband got up and asked him to promptly return our card to us.
The music was very loud…. we were there with friends and couldn’t hold a conversation at the table because we couldn’t hear each other.

A very beautiful restaurant, with a super stylish beach interior. Excellent music and cuisine. The dishes we ordered were very tasty, the pasta with shrimp was ideal creamy, moderately spicy. The Asian salad was delicious, we also ordered lime pie, it was sour, an excellent dessert in hot weather. The only negative was the service, I think the waiter was new, we ordered two dishes for three, since we do not eat much in the heat and we were not offered plates so that we could put food on each, but then he himself guessed to offer us. Also, we were not offered plain water. We were not given teaspoons either, and we stirred the sugar in our coffee with a knife. We also had to remind them about the lime pie because our coffee was getting cold. We didn’t see our waiter and wanted to call others, but when they noticed us they hid and turned away, pretending that they didn’t notice. In general, I hope that everything will improve with their service and that this was a one-time thing.
