Pricey but it’s Vegas and it’s right in the Hotel and they know you will pay the prices if hungry. The cheese cake is so creamy and delish. I didn’t eat anything else but I recommend the berries cheese cake. The staff is good as well.

Cute vibe, absolutely terrible and old pastries. Very dense and not at all fresh as I was expecting from reviews and website. I think they got the croissants and danishes from Paris 12 months ago.

Coffee was good!

Staff were here to work, which is fine, not engaging or helpful. Sat the cappuccino on the counter in a manner that legit popped the foam.

Very good but not excellent and super expensive!! A soda here is 6.99 and their breakfast sandwiches are 16.00. We stopped in and had 2 small coffees, i chocolate raspberry tart and a breakfast sandwich. They ask for a tip starting at 25 percent BEFORE you get your order. Our total was 75.00 and some change. Clean and very crowded but a good selection. FUGI Water is 12.00 for the large bottle and 8.00 for the small bottle. Nice to visit once. Very clean and friendly Service. Opens early and stays open late. They offer sandwiches, salads, chips, candy, coffee and many other beverages. Be prepared to spend what you would for a nice dinner elsewhere. Location is convenient in between Paris and Horseshoe.

I made multiple trips to Cafe Belle Madeline during my stay. From what I have seen, there are limited options for cold brew coffee at this resort. This line moved fast whenever I visited. They offer pastries and sandwiches as well. There are refrigerators with grab and go options throughout the day. I opted to not ask for milk or an alternative milk at my orders because half and half is free! Go to the drink station in the back corner and add it yourself to save a little money. My cold brew with vanilla cost a little less than $10, I was satisfied with the strength of the coffee and the taste. I also tasted the seasonal blackberry tea offering and it was refreshing. This has been my cafe of choice while staying at Paris.

We were staying in Paris Hotel and Casino. In fact, this was our 3 years in a row selecting this hotel. I don’t know about the rest of you but my raise last year was 3% (which I was disappointed with) and my costs here in that last 2 months have gone up with health insurance up 56%, home insurance up 20%, HOA fees up 10%, and home property taxes went up 5% (due to valuation increase). So doing the math my fixed costs are up 15% for 2026 so going into this cafe and first being mistakenly being charged almost $100 for two drinks, salad, and sandwich. The server Enrique insisted the price was correct, so we were about to give back to him the orange juice, starry soda, chicken caesar, and bacon/cheese croissant sandwich. He did discover he made a mistake, but this still came up to $51.39. Vegas or the President doesn’t understand affordability. Our goal was something simple and light since we did go to the Hash House to Go Go for breakfast (a great different review).

Be careful that you are being charged correctly in Vegas.

This place opens 24 hours. It’s like a grab-and-go with seatings but no real utensil nor plates. Everything was plastic and disposible.

French desserts in the refrigerator are great deals! They also have delicious french bakery ready made. I like their bakery and sweets and think that they’re well made and justify the Vegas price.

Staff was not very friendly though.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Took 20 minutes for a latte, only one person making coffee and 4 standing around doing nothing. I told her I wanted to cancel my order and instead made me a mediocre coffee half way a small cup. Several people complaining too. AVOID THIS PLACE. I rather stick to Starbucks, and then people complain why small businesses are not supported.

Cafe Belle is open 24 hours and is conveniently located right before entry to one of the hotel towers. Yes, the prices are incredibly inflated, but that is to be expected in a casino in Las Vegas. My problem with this place is twofold—it’s understaffed and inconsistent. Depending when you go, you can expect to wait upwards of 30+ minutes for your order. And I say it’s inconsistent because I order the same ice coffee on every visit. The first four times I went, they put the cream in the coffee for you. After that, and only a few hours later in the same day, they tell me I have to add my own cream. There are a few tables inside which you’ll need after standing in line for so long. Thankfully there are other options in and outside of Paris.
