Ordered a large smoke house brisket and I received this crap. All of our food was cold. Took forever to get it ….. I love Arby’s but will avoid going to this one ever again

I ordered a smokehouse brisket. It was bloody. I called for a manager “Elijah” answered, said he was the manager. I told him my sandwich was bloody. He responded, “ma’am that’s impossible!” I told him I’d gladly send him pictures. He said, something loudly and laughed & hung up on me then wouldn’t answer. I was polite & respectful. He shouldn’t have a job after that.

I dont think the loaded fries are supposed to come like this… Time before, i got chicken wraps w the huge multigrain marketside wrap. it was so much more wrap than the small tenders, it was unbalanced and horrible. Other bad experiences here too, and a few good ones.

I think they gave me the end of the batch. This is an awful thing to do to your customers when they’re paying pretty good amount of money for your food and customer service, and when money is tight and you can finally go out to eat fast food, I definitely want mine fresh and WORTH my MONEY!!! Along with that the rest of the food it was all cold. I will tell everyone I know not to go to your restaurant If they keep serving food this way. Whoever is bagging the food need to WATCH WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Friendly service, but my sandwich was cold. I was starving after a long day and had gone through the drive thru or I would have asked for a replacement. I could have had a cold sandwich at home much cheaper. =0(
