Just didn’t get all my food. They tried to give me my meal without my drink. I was missing a large potato ole, two sides of nacho cheese… that’s about $10 worth of food. There was a lot of shenanigans going on with some dude who showed up in a Ford escape talking about child support but in the chaos of all of that, they forgot to create the entire order. Didn’t notice til I got home. Called the store with no answer.

1 customer in store, no lineup in drive-through. Even when not in a rush, they can’t make a simple burrito with everything that’s supposed to be in it. Meat and potato burrito is supposed to have potato oles. Upon bringing it up, was met with arrogance, attitude and excuses. “She made a mistake, so what.” No attempt to apologize for the unreasonable mistake, no refund, no offer to fix anything, just a childish attitude when informed of the problem. No response from corporate phone call either. Taco John’s and Five Guys all under same corporate management in Sioux Falls.

The food was delicious and the staff were the best I have seen in a long time for fast food! They personally opened the doors for me due to it being -46 degrees with windchill. They were very polite and had excellent customer service! The bathroom was exceptionally clean. They have a fireplace in their establishment. It made it cozy and gave ambience. I ordered a Potatoes Ole Scrambler. For it being considered the small, it was a very large size. And it was yummy!

Ordered a taco salad and a taco bravo the taco bravo was sub par only half the normal size so to compensate they threw in an extra hard shell taco which they could have explained that before I drove away totally not happy with the whole experience!!! Bad totally bad !
