I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but you pay for a bagel with cream cheese and they barely put any on and they charge you for extra. Coffee was cold, and the woman couldn’t give me a receipt. I usually like Tim hortons, but you all are consistently giving bad service.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Garbage service and horrible quality food. Tim’s staff are usually kind but these people looked and acted like they hate their life and did not want to be there. Ordered Tim bits and asked for assorted 20 pack Tim bits but only gave us 3 kinds and some of them were smashed. When we told them we wanted them to have more variety, they all ganged up on the drive thru window said that “ we can’t make any changes to the order anymore.” They weren’t happy that we asked for a replacement. We drove away and threw the timbits away.

If disappointment had a flavor, it would be this coffee place, I ordered a simple morning cup and somehow received a lukewarm bean-flavored regret. I’ve had better coffee from a gas station at 3am. The coffee tasted like it was brewed with water that once thought about touching a coffee bean. Weak. Confused. Spiritually lost. Whoever is making this coffee you failed miserably at Life. And why is it both burnt and watery at the same time? That’s not talent, that’s negligence. SMACK YOURSELF!!!

145pm on 2/12. Your workers are literally ignoring customers because they do not want to do the work. Ignored at the drive through speaker and then blatantly ignored at the window. There’s literally no one there and 6 cars in your drive through currently. Just something the owner should know.

Went today around 1:45pm and ordered two med iced coffee’s. When I payed and rec coffee. I noticed it looked Really Small for a MED. I asked her ” Is this a Med”, young lady said “Yeah” I left and was appalled I payed almost 9.00 for small tim hortons, where I could’ve had STARBUCKS!!!so i went back to window and asked a diff person was this a Med. She was honest and said “No, that’s a small ” She seemed to be apologetic and said keep them , pull to front and they’ll make right. Well, i guess they thought i had all day, took too long. I went in cause i couldn’t believe girl lied in my face. She gave poor excuse of i was off a yr. Well, I pointed it out and u went with what was easiest. Never got replacement cause all this time, they were making sandwiches and not my Coffee. They tried to cheat me Period. BTW, place was empty???? but I waited. Will not return

I have been coming here for a year now and handa down best service I have ever gotten LUIS that works here is vary respectful and knowledgeable about his job. If you are the owner of this establishment. I have to say make this a Manager or a good raise before another company does. As long as he works here I will keep on coming back.

Ordered their Farmer Wrap & breakfast Wrap Snacker at 7:00 a.m. . .. Something very sinister is going on here !! Only 1 sausage patty and 1 egg yoke included & BOTH TORN IN HALF BY HAND, threw in a half slice of chees & a cold hash brown. Neither sandwich was hot at all and completely lacking !! This is bad service for the money and I feel disgusted. Same thing done to both sandwiches. I paid almost $9 & I don’t care so much about the money…. what’s happened to the service and portion ??

Ordered and paid for farmer wrap, got sausage wrap no sause or hashbrown. It was a combo, missing hashbrown. Ordered darkroast, guy tells me decaf isn’t working I said darkroast he said that wasn’t working either. Ordered chocolate glazed donut got chocolate frosted. Like absolutely nothing about my order was correct.
