The girl who took our order, Jamie, was really nice and welcoming. The food was delicious, but the salad bar was a little disappointing. The lettuce was somewhat brown and the only meat topping was pepperoni. There’s no longer an all you can eat salad bar, but since I’m okay with one trip that was fine, but they used to have it so this is more just informative. They used to also have a pizza buffet, which they no longer have, they do however have a lunch menu Monday through Friday 11-2 and consists of a mini pizza, salad bar and a drink for $10.95 or a sub with a salad and a drink for the same price. If you want pasta with a salad bar and a soda it’s $11.95, however it’s a large amount of food. The chicken alfredo is made with spaghetti noodles and not alfredo noodles, if that matters to you. They now have Pepsi products instead of Coke. There are a few “arcade” – type games. The salad bar had iceberg lettuce, bean salad, macaroni salad, potato salad, sliced black olives, pickled beets, cottage cheese, pepperoncis, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, broccoli, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, croutons, vinegar and oil, ranch, vinaigrette, thousand island dressing and blue cheese dressing.

5 star service with pizza that you won’t be disappointed with. Customer service was beyond helpful, food was exceptional. Quaint dining area with an arcade for the kids if that’s your jam. Would recommend to those in the area looking for pizza, short wait on take out order but worth the wait. Thanks for a great experience!

This is our go-to for a quick and delicious pizza and salad bar. I wish they had peas in their salad bar, but that’s just me. Otherwise, their pizza is great and the dough is soft. I love their large pieces of flavorful sausage and the extra-cheese amount is very generous. The environment is clean and a great place to meet up with friends or family. The staff is family owned and operated, and you know me, I love to support the locals. Plus, they laughed at my jokes. I think I polished off their pickled beets..twice . I do love those on my salad. Thank you guys!!

I’ve been in CDA for about 7 yrs now and for some reason never been to the Pizza factory! decided I would try something different, been to trials end, MacKenzie River Pizza and the others in CDA/Hayden, so glad I did, fast delivery, Great tasting Pizza, fresh salads! Best Pizza in Coeur d’alene! If you’re in the mood for pizza that is loaded with toppings and cheese like the good old days…this is it! Nice salad bar, game room private party room too! Plenty of room for large gatherings or families…and did I mention the pizza plus calzones & sandwiches

Famished from a day at Silverwood, we called in an order of pizza and breadsticks for pick-up. Once we hung up the phone we knew we were less than 25 min away from a mouthful of cheesy goodness.
Cut to us walking into the pizza factory: The man working the counter was quick and efficient, and got our pizza to us within 30 seconds of entering the establishment. (A perk, because we were STARVING)
We got half Western BBQ and Hawaiian with an order of breadsticks. The breadsticks were half gone before we even left the parking lot, they are excellent with the creamy ranch sauce. The marinara was underwhelming and was more akin to tomato paste than anything else. The western comes topped with fresh tomato and I could have eaten a whole pizza of it by myself.
What can I say? Pizza is great and here they know how to do it, Pizza Factory is a solid choice for anyone trying to crush a craving with a side of breadsticks. (FR, get an order of breadsticks, you won’t regret it!)

We were able to enjoy a late lunch date here, the pizza was actually quite good, the crust was very good, honestly it reminded me of Hubby’s, which is where we went when I was young. The salad bar didn’t look impressive but it was better then expected, the ranch was great! Free refills on your drink was really nice to have and the soda was perfect. The restroom was well maintained, and the environment of the restaurant overall was comfortable. If I could change anything, it would be too add to the salad bar and update the decor, the chairs are almost like sitting in a cafeteria. However, neither one of those things would keep me away. I would definitely go back!

The man we ordered with was rude. We ordered a large pineapple and a cheesy breadsticks. We were delivered a large pepperoni. We called right away and they said they will make what we ordered and send it out. They arrived with a smaller pizza than the pepperoni. No only did you get it wrong you then took the pizza you sent and then sent us a smaller pizza than we paid for. Horrible service. Never ordering from you again, there are plenty of pizza companies in CDA.
