Ordered 16x Chicken nuggets, 8x Chicken fries and two medium fries. Bag I was given contained 8x chicken fries that were hot and 16 chicken nuggets that were literally EIGHTY DEGREES. Cold to the touch. Not feeding that to my kids, not safe at all.
Oh, and no fries in the bag.
This place is a dumpster fire and food safety is apparently not being followed – avoid!

The general manager gave me old food. He was very hostile on the phone and didn’t try to fix the situation I offered to bring it back but he said I was trying to get over on him. He should not be in the food industry and has terrible customer service. This store will lose business as long as he works there. In photo 1 that’s supposed to be a chicken sandwich. 2 photo is a big fish. And 3. Photo is a brisket whopper minus tomato and pickles. The general managers name is shareef

I love going to this Burger King I go there every chance I get maybe once a month sorry to put 3 stars this time but got our food yesterday first time half the meat was gone it’s always good but my tomatoes and pickles was falling off I still will continue to go there just hope there is the whole meat next time

Don’t go here. On top of the fact that the lack enough employees to actually run the restaurant decently. They take forever to get your meal to you when they tell you to pull around to the front of the building after the lobby closes at night. I waited 10 minutes for my food and I had to leave because I had to go to work otherwise I would have been late. I wanted my refund back but when I went back there in the morning they told me I couldn’t get it and just made my meal and gave it to me. But that didn’t help me considering that I spent an extra $20 that night at work because I didn’t get the food from them.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I am sympathetic to staffing issues and lunch rush being a busy time. What I am not sympathetic to is when there’s a problem with my order and I am met with hostility. Got my order and I was missing my chicken fries and my wife’s burgers didn’t have mustard on them. Pretty easy fix right? The woman behind the counter snapped at me and wanted to know what the problem was. They then proceeded to help five or six customers before even starting to fix mine, and I audibly heard the cook complain about having to remake the burgers. After wasting 35 minutes of my lunch the woman hands me the bag and says “Here you go”. Not once was I told sorry or given any indication that I was anything but a nuisance to the workers for coming in with a problem. Definitely will be staying away for a couple months at least before even giving this place a chance again.

Very disappointed. Visiting from out of town. Actually chose not to go with the reviews and went there anyway. My daughter bought two Impossible Burgers. The first was not cooked all the way and the bread was about to fall apart. The 2nd one, she couldn’t even eat. The bottom bread fell apart as if it was old or something. The sandwich was so nasty and soggy, she couldn’t eat it. I let her throw it away. When we got back home to our hometown, she ordered an Impossible Burger, and it was made just right. On a different note, the manager did check to make sure we were helped. I did appreciate that.

I expect absolutely nothing in a fast food restaurant. I call it win if the person that takes my order isn’t downright mean. But I have been so impressed the last few times my family has been here. We live nearby so we’ve been coming to this Burger King for more than 15 years. The store is so clean with crowns put out on the tables, the staff greets us when we come in and take care of us. A few times I was missing something, but they were so nice and apologetic. The atmosphere is just positive and it’s a good vibe. The current crew is amazing, take care of them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst run business I have ever encountered in terms of customer service. Even the “General Manager” Sharif( not sure of spelling) was horrible, but this is what you get when there is no corporate to oversee their business. We had cold food, didn’t get the correct receipt, and just an overall horrible experience. I would not hire this guy to supervise anything.

So I went through the drive thru and got a milk shake and they had me pull up and wait. But when the brought it out they put my milk shake in a bag which spilled everywhere and then when he walked back to go inside he crawled through the drive thru window instead of using the door like a normal person.
