I had a fantastic meal at Five Guys! I went with the double bacon cheeseburger and it was genuinely great on all metrics. The patties were juicy, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the bacon added a wonderful crunch and flavor that tied the whole thing together.
The fries (as always) were generous, perfectly cooked, and a great complement to the richness of the burger. If you’re looking for a reliably delicious, high-quality burger and fries experience, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

We always like Five Guys hamburgers, but the problem is they’re just so expensive compared to other burger joints. For what they charge you can make five of them at home. But this location does a great job

Great burgers, Great fries and Great service!!! I have not had a burger from every burger joint in town but I have had many. Of all of them I think I like Five Guys the best. The burgers are made to order with a multitude of topping. The guys in the grill cooked our burgers to perfection. The fries are hand cut and fresh. They even have a sign telling you where the potato’s came from to make them that day. The young lady that took our order was very patient and helpful. It was a wonderful evening so we sat outside. The patio chairs and tables are sturdy and comfortable. My wife and I had our first date 16 years ago at a restaurant just a few doors down at the Battlefield mall. Some how by complete mistake we ended up at your establishment 16 years to the day later. Thank you Five Guys for an excellent anniversary dinner!

The strawberry milkshake was great. I have to admit this one is the top of all the fast food chains. More importantly, the staff was very friendly and helpful. That was a good group of guys.

Food is made to order so it is always fresh. They make the fries in house and have a sign that tells what town and state the potatoes where grown in. Portions are large and they have a kids menu as well. Can be a bit pricey but the food is worth it!

Five Guys makes a simple burger without the fancy flair you find at other places that try too hard and charge too much for it. If I ever ask for a burger this is what I mean. Stop over complicating food just so you can pretend to be special. Learn from Five Guys. The fries? This place has ruined fries for me. It’s so hard to find fries like this.

Service was prompt and friendly, quality of the food was better than typical fast food, store was clean. Almost 5 stars but the fries were way over-salted and the prices were more in keeping with what you’d expect at a more upscale place. I probably won’t be back, just because if I’m spending that much I have much better options.

Super nice and accommodating. I called for a simple request, fully understanding if they couldn’t do it. The guy on the phone was chill and kind. Great customer service on a busy holiday.

Just ordered on DoorDash. Clicked on “BUY ONE – GET ONE FREE” so we thought we were being delivered 2 burgers. Paid $30 for a burger and fries, was expecting 2 burgers and one order of fries. Left instructions for the DoorDash delivery person to knock on our door. No knock on door. When I was expecting the delivery, I went to look outside, and there sat our order. Food was cold. Only one burger and fries showed up. Interstingly, we do not know which Five Guys in Springfield, MO filled this order. We assume the one closest to our location. We cannot find where we can leave a review for the delivery person. So sign us, pissed off in Springfield, MO. We will not buy from Five Guys again. Why did we click on , “BUY ONE GET ONE FREE”, and only get one?

ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!
Just wow, $32 for 2 burgers, a regular fry, and 1 medium fountain soda.
The fries are the only thing this place has going for it, and the overload they give out for customers to just waste is absurd.
The burgers are flavorless, greasy and cooked to a pulp. The flavor if any comes from the liquid soaked extras they give out to the shame felt from serving flavorless piles of grease. Make sure you have plenty of napkins and unless you appreciate sad, soggy, soaked buns prepare to peel the grease drenched bun off the heap.
You’d think that 5 people could at least come together and make a decent burger for the outrageous price one has to pay for this crap.
Just go to McDonalds or burger king, or steak n shake.
