Social Profile:

TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Pretty pricey for fast food chicken. The flavor is good, but the chicken itself is a little rubbery in texture.
The buns on the sliders get soggy fast, so prepare to eat upon picking up. Also, everything is pretty messy, so even the outside of the to go boxes had sauce all over them.
We were SHOCKED to pay $3 for a cup of ranch.
The murals on the wall are colorful and cool.
The staff was friendly, but seemed to be rushed.

Food tasted fresh! Erin helped us and was super friendly and helpful on the menu and the interior is incredible. Whoever did all the graffiti style painting on the walls really did a great job.

Man, I had high hopes for this place, too. I don’t know. I got the slider and the chicken strip. On both, the chicken wasn’t tender, a bit tough. Are these really hand breaded, surely not? I’ve had more tender frozen chicken tenders at restaurants. If they are hand breaded they need to learn to pound out their chicken. I thought the breading would be seasoned, but this is just tossed in their spices after being cooked. I guess I’m just spoiled from living in BKK. I miss my Fowlmouth . I have to be honest, Cains was a better piece of chicken, much more tender.
I like the krinkle fries. I don’t like that I have to open 5 to go ketchup to eat them.
They should serve ranch to go with spicy chicken, this is America .
Dig the Graffiti on the walls. Place looks cool.
Didn’t get a chance to try the mac, but not sure if I’ll be back for it, maybe on a whim
Oh well, see what else comes along

I went to Dave’s Hot Chicken in Logan, Utah around 11:42 a.m. on saturday october 4th for lunch with my husband. We ordered the bites with mac, and he got the “fired” heat level. It was our first time trying Dave’s, and even though it was pretty busy, the staff handled everything really well.

My husband’s order came out a bit undercooked at first, but the issue was fixed right away with a great attitude. We were helped by a nice young man named Santiago, who took care of the situation quickly and professionally. He had a smile on his face the whole time, which really made our experience so much better.

The food was delicious once everything was fixed, and the customer service was through the roof. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Went today for the “secret soft opening”. It was AMAZING!!! They were ready for the crowds and honestly I think it was my very best DHC experience yet! We’ve been to Dave’s all over the country and are big big fans. And to have one right here in Logan??? Whaaat??? So excited! The food was better than I’ve had elsewhere. Super delicious Tennessee style hot chicken. The sliders are so good with the slaw and pickles! I’m sold. I need to extend my workout time every day so I can enjoy DHC more often! Great job team! We’ll be back again and again!

The atmosphere appears fun and energetic, but forget having a conversation with any of the company you’re with. The music is blasting too loudly and the big open cement room reverberates and echos every sound.
The flavor of the chicken is almost too rich. We tried the medium level and were disappointed it was a dry rub. The slider option balances out the intense flavor, but a chicken tender by itself was too much seasoning. We couldn’t finish our tenders. Their “toast” is literally just a piece of bread. No toasting or butter or seasoning. Kid favorite, adult disappointment.
They are not “allowed” to let you try any of the heat level dry rubs and you can’t get it on the side either. Odd. It’s just Russian roulette with your taste buds and dinner.
For being a fast food restaurant, I felt that the food delivery time was too long. I don’t know what the expectation is for this restaurant, but we waited 25 minutes for our food. The restaurant was very slow and we couldn’t comprehend why we had such a long wait time.
Can’t say I’d recommend this restaraunt. There are other chicken spots in the valley I would rather eat at than this one.

The shake was disappointing. It was runny and all the mix-ins sunk to the bottom of the cup.

The fries are good but the chicken was dry. It’s also insane thag the combo meals don’t come with a drink. We had to buy them separately. Our total was almost $50 and they asked for a tip when we paid. (It’s counter service and we have to get everything ourselves).

The one saving grace is when the person at the front counter saw my fries and said “that’s not enough” and demanded that the kitchen add more fries.

Waited 40 minutes in the drive through at 3:30pm for a single slider. But that is completely understandable as the location just opened and it is a popular place. Just be prepared to wait! I had a voucher for a slider so it was free for me but I would be hesitant to spend $7.50 on a sandwich smaller than one at chick-fil-a. All that being said, the food was delicious. The mild option had good flavor but the level up from there probably would have had the perfect amount of kick for me. Service was good, although I feel like the workers might be encouraged to be a bit over the top with friendliness, it was too much for my overstimulated brain.
