The food is delicious, the lemon pepper and ranch are iconic. Kennedy gave us amazing customer service, honestly she deserves a raise. Jasmine kept the store spotless while we waited. We will be back!!

This is the closet wingstop to me & whilst I don’t usually order in person( I place all my orders via DoorDash & Uber Eats) my orders are always correct. Everything is usually always fresh and well packaged. Kudos to the team at this location!

My first experience here at Wingstop. The customer service was not up to par & the food was cooked to order yet took 25 minutes to receive. The girl in the front said the fries take only 3 minutes while the chicken takes about 13. I don’t know what’s taking so long when we’re the only ones in the location waiting on food.

With better customer service, faster speed, & HOT, fresh food, I would have rated higher

Came back about a month later & showed them my fries were burnt & not even halfway filled while my wings were not seasoned. Due to the inconvenience of me coming back up here, irritated, I asked for my food to be remade. Fresh. Hot. & correctly, as this order does not look like what I paid for nor exceeded my expectations. Jonathan has excellent customer service skills & handled the situation respectful, & in a professional, timely manner.

This location never fails. I urge everyone to skip the 13 mile one for this one. Better staff and managers. Ordered always correct and food is sundays top notch. Was there this weekend and the pop machine was down… sol? Nope… they had cans of soda ready. Kudos to this location

literally every time, without fail, if i don’t specifically ask my door dasher or uber eats driver to double check that they’ve put my sauces in the bag, they never do. if i was missing one or two fine. but if every time i’m ordering food there should at least be 4+ sauces and i’m getting ZERO, it’s ridiculous and just pure laziness.

I ordered the 20 boneless and fries deal. The picture is what I got. 5 bone in and 6 boneless. I have a sprained ankle so I couldn’t go to the store even tho I paid for delivery to get the food fixed. I called to get a refund. Spoke with Billy sassy self. I was polite. Emailed pictures like requested. It’s been a week and I have not received a refund. So I have to file a complaint with BBB, State Attorney, Health Dept and so forth because now you’ve gotten on my nerves lying! Whoever made the mistake should’ve just owned it. 2nd pic is size of some of the chicken. Take some pride in your work. Ridiculous.

I went to pick up at the store and the food was not ready when I arrived. No one was at the reception when I arrived so I was waiting there for 1/2 minutes. There were two other girls and a boy working. One girl was on the phone mostly who was packing the order and the other girl was preparing the order. The lady in the picture was in the back and she came after 1/2 minutes. She informed me my order was not ready yet. So I was just standing by there. Few more people came after me to pickup And their order was not ready but the lady in the picture informed the other two he is here get him ready. And they picked up their order and left and I was still there waiting for my food. I started my stopwatch to see how long it took so after 17 minutes of waiting while it was supposed to be ready finally they gave me the food and I left with very poor and unprofessional service.
