Catering order again today that always comes out perfect. I love how they have everything ready, and the variety is something people really enjoy! I have gotten the group salads and taco kits, all are a huge hit and so reasonable.

Ordered catering from here for my company. Amazing customer service. Everything was already prepared ahead of time. They provided everything we need to setup the food stations (pans, heating units, pan stand, and serving utensils). The food itself was awesome and generous portions. Team was so happy with the food, the portion and variety of add on options.

Absolutely horrible experience. The food was already disappointing, but the manager’s attitude made it 10x worse.
I asked her to load it up with chicken—a pretty normal request—and she snaps back with “what do you mean?” in the most rude, bitchy tone possible and immediately starts arguing instead of just doing her job. Like… you work at a place where people literally pay extra for protein, why are we debating this??
On top of that, I ordered a side of chicken and it was barely anything. Embarrassingly small. My friend’s bowl was the same story—another employee barely put any food in it at all. Just stingy portions across the board.
The worst part? The manager clearly did not care. No effort to fix it, no apology, just straight attitude like we were annoying her by ordering food. If you hate customers this much, maybe don’t manage a restaurant???
Overpriced, skimpy portions, and one of the worst manager attitudes I’ve dealt with in a while. Definitely not coming back.

Very disappointing experience at Qdoba yesterday evening. A staff member loudly accused me of “putting fingers inside” when my hand was simply resting down on the glass. When I asked for the names of the sauces, she and another girl refused to help. Totally unacceptable behavior and extremely poor customer service. Food was not that great. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered for delivery through Uber Eats and when I received my food it was half full and cold. I ordered the steak and chicken with white lime-cilantro rice. When you pay over $20 for a plate of food you’d expect a full plate, not the left overs at the end of the night.

DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM THIS RESTAURANT!
We ordered “Hot Bar” for 15 people for my daughter’s birthday party. My husband picked up the order and brought it home. When I unpacked the food, There was very little food at first glance. Each container had a weight listed on it for how much food should be inside. For 15 people, it listed 1.7 pounds of beef, and 2.1 pounds of chicken (which would give each person 1/4 of a pound of meat. This is half of what most catering companies allot per person) I initially called stating that it looked like not enough food, but the manager insisted everything had been weighed out correctly. After hanging up, I weighed the chicken and the beef, and both items were at least a half pound less than labeled, and the rice and beans were only half of what was labeled. I called back, and the manager insisted it was correct, but did agree to provide more. I returned to the store and picked up more chicken and beef only, but the other two were not adjusted.
I do NOT recommend using this company for catering in the future. Chipotle has double to serving size for catering and is much friendlier and helpful. It would have been cheaper and more food if we had ordered individual orders per person.
