Food was awful. Disappointed
I ordered the three piece chicken combo. The chicken was dry and the biscuit dark and burnt you could tell it had been sitting out a long time. I came back and asked to exchange chicken and received more dry chicken mid hot they had so much chicken sitting in the window that had been
Cooked way earlier than it sold

This is ridiculous, the size of the tenders are a joke. The only associate that threats you good is a lady on shift, the other guys talk to you with an attitude like if you’re asking for free food. No wonder other locations are shutting down

I rarely go to Church’s anymore, because you can typically get the same or better quality chicken at Express or Cane’s these days. However, on this particular trip through the drive-thru, the staff was nice, but it took a little long to get our food (yes, it typically takes some time for tenders, but this was a bit long even for that). Second, I think they were recently renovated, because there were new signs sitting in the parking lot and it was a little difficult to navigate around to the drive-thru. In addition, they did not give us the mashed potatoes we paid for and the gravy was spilled on all of our food. As luck would have it, we went to this Church’s because it happened to be close by where we were (there are none near our house), so by the time we got the food home, it wasn’t worth the trouble to go back or even call. Wish I had better feedback.

For me, this is one of the best fried chicken places in North Dallas-Fort Worth. It’s crispier and less greasy than most. Their fries are fresh and the salad tastes very original. I personally recommend it. I usually go to one inside a gas station. The place isn’t that cool, but it’s very quiet.

This was my first time visiting the particular location and it’s going to be my last. My wife ordered the combo number one and the chicken was cold, the macaroni itself was burnt as well as the container it was in. We both called from both of our phones over ten times and no one answered. So we finally get a chance to go back and the cook nor the drive thru cashier greeted us. They looked directly at us and didn’t say anything, they just kept doing what they were doing and the cook walked off to the freezer. Granted we got our money back but come on now, do better by yalls customers, they’re what keeps you in business.

Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches fries and a drink and was charged almost 24 dollars. Put two pickles right in the center stacked on top of each other. Smothered it in mayo. Got about 7 fries in my regular fries. For 24 dollars. The burgers and fries alone say on the menu less than 3 dollars each. So are yall telling me a drink is 10 dollars? Of course not. I saw the receipt. I was over charged. Crazy how this place just opened up and is probably gonna get shut down because employees are over charging customers. 5/3/2025 6:00 pm

I’ve been going to this location for 30 years but not often anymore. $16 for two breasts and okra? That’s ridiculous. The chicken was good. Too salty however. The okra was over cooked.

This place sucks! The service is always terrible, and they are always missing something. It’s the 2-3 time I’m missing my biscuit. While I was ordering, I double checked if it came with a biscuit and they said yes. I asked for spicy tenders, I stated at the window that I wanted spicy tenders and they said they were going to give it to me and gave me regular tenders. The chicken most of the time has a weird consistency, hard and chewy. Took me three calls to get in contact with a manager. At least I’ll be able to get my biscuit and tenders…

Drive-through is bad can barely hear also when I ask if they’re hiring, she says I don’t think so and when I look at the door, there’s a sign says always hiring. Maybe she does not want a decent way to work there. I call it rude.
