We had an amazing time at the Bake Shop in Park City! Our family stopped in on a rainy afternoon, and stayed for over an hour! We tried a selection of recommended items by one of the main bakers, shout out to Sarah, and throughly enjoyed everything! We also got to have some off menu drinks that were so perfect for a rainy day, (Ask for a London Fog you wont regret it!). I am gluten intolerant and was fine having their sour dough as well, they had some gluten free breakfast cookies and carrot cake!

We went up to PC for a night from the valley and my husband randomly chose this place for breakfast. It was excellent. Even my MIL, who is quite hard to please, said her food and coffee were great! She had the ham, egg and cheddar English muffin and a pastry. My toddlers had the tomato soup with a grilled cheese and a side of avocado and I had a chai. Best chai I’ve ever had! I wish I knew how she made it! We got more pastries and focaccia to go which we ate that night at home. We will definitely go back each time we’re in Park City. Highly recommended!

The Bake Shop made for the perfect impromptu date while my husband and I were visiting Park City. We were greeted warmly and had the most delicious pastries. Their goat cheese and sun dried tomato croissant is divine. Their coffee is wonderful. The service is just the cherry on top!! Very friendly barista, we watched her talk with another couple about how to make their own sour dough. If we ever find ourselves back in Park City, we know where to go for breakfast!!

When my husband and I walked into The Bake Shop we knew it was the real deal. We could see the bakers preparing the food and the smell was amazing. But the food? The food was incredible. We ordered a creme brulee brioche and a ham and cheese brioche. This is the best bakery I’ve ever been to.

Bought their take’n bake cinnamon rolls from a local boutique in Coalville. Hands down the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. I’m from New Orleans and a food snob. I’ll be visiting their location in Park City! So happy to have located a local bakery that knows how to make delicious goods!

Incredible pastries and incredible service. My family and I were in town staying at Newpark for my wedding over the summer, and we stumbled upon The Bake Shop. It turned to be our regular breakfast spot for the long weekend!
We even got a selection of pastries for myself and my bridesmaids getting ready and it hit the spot with how fresh and flavorful and unique everything was.
My favorite was the Earl Grey Cruffin! The service was incredible and the owner was so nice and informative!
Highly recommend and next time I visit Park City, I will be sure to stop by!

The best most authentic Croissant I’ve ever had and I’ve been to France. This was better than being in France. The cinnamon roll was just as amazing. Wow! The slow drip coffee was better than Starbucks. Amazing ! Would go there everyday if I lived there.

New favorite bakery/coffee shop in PC/Kimball junction! The bread and pastries are exceptional. Prices are fair. They have limited hot drink options, but their good! If you like anything sourdough, you’ll like this spot!

The BEST chocolate croissant you can get in america. Tastes exactly like the ones we ate in Paris. A must try bakery. Do wish they had a hot tea or hot chocolate option but that is not a reason to not try this place. The other baked goods also looked amazing if your not a croissant person. Really good iced tea and lemonade too.

I’m a Park City local and so happy to have a place that makes the BEST cinnamon rolls (Friday and Saturdays only) and everything bagel and beignets in the city. The breakfast sandwich on English muffin is also tasty. Amazing fresh baked sourdough bread too.

The staff here are always so welcoming, kind, and attentive. Especially Kiel? Not sure of his name spelling, but he’s always been very friendly and helpful to my wife and I every time we’ve come in for breakfast dine in and takeout.
