I placed a $50 DoorDash order as a gift for a family member out of state. When my dasher arrived, she was told she couldn’t pick it up because she gave my name instead of the recipient’s. Simple fix — I gave her the correct name. But the restaurant REFUSED to release the order and told her to “call DoorDash.”
I called the restaurant myself to confirm whatever information they needed, and was met with one of the rudest attitudes I’ve ever experienced. The employee told me “my boss said no.” When I asked to speak to the boss, she said, “No, she’s not here. Call DoorDash.” Every time I tried to explain that I DO NOT live in Columbus and was just trying to verify my own order, she cut me off, repeated “call DoorDash,” and then hung up on me.
I’ve sent DoorDash gift orders from other restaurants in the area and have never had an issue. I’m unbelievably upset with how unprofessional and unhelpful this experience was.

I’ve never had hibachi that tasted so bland. You can tell by the coloring of the meets as well at the colorization of rice. Once you dig into the rice the middle was completely white. I feel like they put only salt and pepper on the meat. The yum yum sauce taste just like horse radish. We had bought two meals, they include soup and sauces. Good portion but I could not even eat a third without wasting my money and throwing the whole thing away. My partner and I both agreed this was not IT. Best part was the vegetables. Only thing I completely ate.

Came to pick up an Uber order at 7:15 am, and I saw the older woman run to lock the door. I saw the sign and they weren’t open, so I just stood outside waiting until 7:30 am since there was only a couple minutes until they would open the door again. The lady who locked the door came out and told me that they were closed right now. I just informed her I was waiting until they opened (in only 15 minutes may I add) to pick up the order.
Then, not even a second, she got another lady to come out, who then told me to look at the sign showing they didn’t open until 7:30 as if I was dumb. I, again, informed me that I was just waiting on them to open (now like 9-10 minutes left) so I can pick up an Uber Eats. She left.
Then, finally, another man with no common sense, came out and told me the same thing and pointed at the sign as if I was dumb (I said the same thing 3 times by this time) @ 7:20 am. I, again, said I was waiting on them to open to pick up Uber.
He, then, declared angrily that he was going to cancel the order. I told him to go ahead and do so then.
Literally, only stood out there for 4-5 minutes before this all accorded.

Listen this is not the absolute best hibachi you’re going to have but it is good and the staff is very friendly. I got chicken, shrimp, and veggies for $13.00 and it was enough food to have two meals so it’s an absolute great deal!

The food was good, but it could have used a little more sauce. The hibachi was a little dry although it was delicious in flavor. The wait staff were so kind and very quick with the order.

We really used to love this place.Went for the soup because I was not feeling good of course. They are out of soup. Rice was sticky and my meat looked like. Dog food will never go back.

Hibachi dinner was really good. Fresh when ordered through take-out. Portions were huge! Glad I was able to save some leftovers. Pictured is the Chicken and Steak Hibachi 🙂

My husband works nearby and forgot his lunch so I ordered from here as it’s closeby and he’s still talking about the Hibachi a week later! In fact, I just ordered from here again tonight! The people that work here are very nice, the hibachi is really good and so were the dumplings. We got shrimp and
chicken hibachi the first time. It was good, but that shrimp was so good that the hubs asked for only shrimp this time around, with an extra portion of it added.
I’m sure we’ll be ordering from here more often. The menu is huge and there’s something for everyone. Thanks Hibachi Bento/Golden Donuts!
