For sure we were there on a busy Saturday night. We had reservations for 7:00 and were seated at 7:10. Our server was sweet and nice when we saw her. We received our appetizers and entrees together at 8:10 after the manager gave the kitchen a push (there were just 2 of us). We noticed several others who were seated after us and received their food before us. The food was okay, nothing special.

Amazing food! The Seafood Colosseum was excellent—tons of seafood with the perfect amount of linguini. The veal Saltimbocca was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. Our server, Rylie, was super friendly and on top of her game, making sure we had everything we needed. We definitely will be back.

My husband and I met the owner 14 months ago at an unrelated event. He told us about the restaurant and we kept it in mind to eventually try out. When we went this week, we were blown away that after the meal, he recognized us immediately! After 14 months!
That incredible customer experience notwithstanding, the food was simply incredible. The ragu was one of the best I ever had. Such depth of flavor, the braised meat tender beyond words.
Warm bread and butter to start, and the tiramisu, while not what I expected in its presentation, had excellent flavor and texture.
The handmade fresh pasta is an absolute must. The tiny surcharge is WELL worth it.
We will be back.

Everyone was so nice the waiters and waitresses and bartender and the vibe was perfect and just what I was hoping for !! I would highly recommend your next event or just dinner out with family and friends!!

Have been wanting to go there for a while. Took my girlfriend and our son here the day after Valentine’s day. We were greeted with a friendly hostess who let us choose are seat which was nice. We had reservations for 2pm which is early so there wasn’t that many people there. We started out with an appetizer something you very rarely see anymore Clams Casino. I haven’t had them in years. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with them. They had very little flavor. I think they needed a lots more butter in with them. That would of made them much better. I make the best Casino. For the main dish I had the Seafood Coliseum with homemade Ganelle pasta. The Coliseum is very similar to Fruti Di Mara. Di Mara has lobster shrimp and clams and the Coliseum has a lobster tail which I wish was taken out of the shell cause it was very difficult to remove the meat along with littleneck clams, jumbo shrimp, countcocks, mussels and scallops. The Fruti Di Mara was $35 and the Coliseum was $62 with the homemade Ganelle pasta. That’s definitely the most I’ve ever paid for a dish of food but like everything else in this economy it’s up in $$. We got all the dishes spicy and when I say spicy it was SPICY. I mean I liked it but I was literally sweating eating it. Apparently they make the spice in house by infusing like 8 different peppers in oil. When u ask for a spicy dish be prepared. A mention that the pasta was cooked nice and al dente which is a must for me. We all had a healthy portion of leftovers to take home which I got to more meals out of mine. While reheating my meal the pasta got kinda soft. I’m wondering if it’s because it’s fresh homemade pasta? Kinda didn’t like that. The Di Mara with linguine didn’t have that problem left over. Forgot to mention they started out with excellent warm Italian bread with butter. I wish there was some olive oil with spices to dip your bread in but that’s okay. Overall the Colosseum was a very good place aside from the clams Casino. Excellent atmosphere friendly staff. I would like to try other things on the menu in the future.

Visited Sat Nov 1st around 8 and it was crowded but we still got seated within 10min. No reservation needed! Host was attentive and friendly. Our waiter came right over, and we had our drinks within minutes. In my younger years I was a waitress and saw the tables he has and definitely a pro with time management. Polite and very welcoming! Lasagna was excellent and carrot cake completed my night.
The crowd: everyone laughing eating, and just a great vibe.

We stopped here to eat on a whim, and had an amazing time. Our server Chelsea was incredibly nice, and had great energy. We got an old fashioned and a Expresso martini, both of which were absolutely amazing. The food was large portions and tasted amazing. I would absolutely eat here again.

Our table ordered fabulous clams casino, calamari for appetizers; all could not do without their famous and unbeatable Ceasar salad; ea entre was perfect! Eggplant with ( ofc home-made) squisito pappardelle; chicken parm ( ofc with home-made) delicious gemelli; just absolutely gustosco ricotta/langostino- stuffed breast of chicken with that delicious pappardelle. Then, creamy, dense, delightful ricotta pie for dessert…just an exquisite evening hitting all the marks, and then some!

Phenomenal, absolutely phenomenal . Ordered the LINGUINE & MUSSELS
ARRABIATE, loaded with mussels, and the arrabiate was just the right amount of spice. For dessert got the pistachio cake, creamy and dreamy. Both Sal and Max at the bar are truly the best around, warm and friendly. Highly recommend!
