It took a little longer than expected to make 4 drinks: 1 dark coffee and 3 Frappuccinos. The drinks were delicious though. I would like to highlight the black coffee. It was hot, fresh and tasty. Even after two hours, it still had a rich and savory taste.

This used to be my favorite store in all of San Diego. My husband and I have been everyday customers for years, so it genuinely hurts to write this.
While there are some amazing employees and baristas with great customer service, there are also specific employees who are consistently rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Because I visit so often, I know exactly who provides great service—and who does not.
Lately, the quality of the drinks has also gone downhill. They’ve been tasting terrible, which is disappointing considering how much we’ve supported this store over the years. I usually try to address small issues through the app because, if this were my business, I’d want to know how to improve. Unfortunately, all I’m told is that I can simply say I don’t like the drink.
I understand that drinks can be remade, but when you’re already dealing with an employee who has horrible customer service, you honestly don’t have the energy to go back and forth—especially when they’re rude about it.
I just left the store feeling extremely disappointed. At this point, I’m seriously considering taking a break or possibly not returning at all.
And don’t even get me started on ordering “light ice.” It’s clearly ignored. We consistently receive cups that are more than half full of ice—and this happens at every location. It feels like they simply don’t care.
Overall, this experience has been really frustrating and disheartening, especially for longtime loyal customers.

First off the parking at this location is terrible. Me and my family were traveling to TJ from Los Angeles and decided to stop for a coffee. Me and my 2 girls did go inside the shop to use the restroom. Remember that i was going to order 5 drinks and 5 pastries AFTER using the restroom. My 9 yr old went to ask an employee for the bathroom code and she was totally ignored. I then go and ask again politely and one of the employees decided to also ignore me, i then proceed to raise my voice(maybe she did not hear me) another barista answered very rudley the code and started mumbling as i turned my back. Yes we used the restroom and guess what i decided to take my business somewhere else! plus the drinks are usually very tasteles anyway. I will never come back to this location nor i recommend. Customer service is terrible!

It’s interesting to see how the same business business can have different quality standards. The Frappuccino was watered down. Compared to other places. Overall it was ok but not the same as other locations.

What I ordered wasn’t what I expected!
Burned, dark brown ham&cheese croissant and they said they ran out of dolce syrup ( SURE) for my latte. So, they gave me a mocha frapp that tasted like dirt and Grosse. She said, they gaved you a large yea funny how she charged me already for a large not a tall. I was not rude I was very kind. Disgusting kids

Came here with 3 friends and ordered food and drinks. We met around 7pm, and it was super chill. We spent 2 hours.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks in which I get my coffee from every single day . The barista at the drive -thru window , Yvonne , was rude when I just had a question regarding my order . She spoke to me in a very condescending way, which was very upsetting . Her customer service experience is not there at all ! The attitude I received was uncalled for . I hope management can address this so future customers and myself don’t have this experience again since I do go here everyday .
