Got mixed feelings. Took my family here to try this place out. You take a menu when you walk in the door but there were only a couple of menus available. We let some others go before us in order to figure out what we wanted and got in line. We ordered the food and it took considerably longer then the other delis we have eaten at considering it was pretty slow I’m not sure why it took so long. The sandwiches for the family were good and they liked them. My granddaughter’s meal was good and she liked it as well. I opted for the Spud Max. Unfortunately it was not my kind of loaded baked potato it had no sauce and they didn’t put any butter on it before putting on the toppings so the potato was very dry. Employees were very nice. Might try something else but really would rather try another place.

I’ve lived in Alvin my entire life and have never tried Mcalisters. I went on November 4, 2025 and I was really impressed. The worker named Elena did an amazing job helping me out for my first time. She’s very knowledgeable. I wish I would have tried this place out when it first opened. I will be back for sure. Great job everyone.

First time to visit this recently opened McAlister’s Deli in Alvin and our experience was phenomenal! The manager, Eric has it down packed. Eric is very professional and enthusiastic about his work. Also, the food was superb and delicious! We ordered the Garden Turkey sandwich with 9 grain bread and it was the best! After we ordered, our food came out quickly and the atmosphere was comfortable and cozy as well. It’s means of egress may be somewhat tricky as the major highway has divided barriers so depending on which way you’re coming from, it is tricky. I highly recommend this McAlister’s Deli for your next meal.

5th time ordering from this location since they opened. Have been impressed each time. Most of the orders were online and the food was ready before arrival. Highly recommend the French dip or the sub dip sandwiches, great robust flavors and the dip is always hot. Very friendly staff and always going the extra mile to help make the experience better. Kids love the pretzel bites

I just picked up a Togo order. Staff was friendly and attentive. Got the McAllisters Club with Mac n cheese and a cookie. Everything was good for the price (~$15). Took off one star for the atmosphere just because I didn’t dine in. But the layout is nice. I definitely will return. Also, I appreciate the little note that they added.

Very very glad I tried this place for the first time today! I got the pick 2 meal which was around $10 & some change. I love that you can customize the salad & sandwich with whatever ingredients you would like & they actually put it in custom toppings generously. I also got a “famous” sweet tea infused with peach puree. It was around $5 but when I saw the size & tasted it, I quickly realized it was worth every penny! Everything was SO FRESH & delicious! A little pricey but the quality is worth it & standard for a grab & go meal. The curbside pickup is super convenient as well!

I ordered 2 French dip sandwiches and they are terrible. I’ve eaten them before and liked it. Although the curbside service was faster than the expected im afraid it wasn’t prepared with care. The roast beef was the main issue. Tasted like it had been over heated in a microwave. Edges were tough and dry. The bread looked like it had been smashed down . The sandwich looked like an old sandwich reheated in the microwave.. if I had more time I would have went inside but was on lunch break and didn’t have the time.

The service was great and the staff was friendly they even offered free refills! I got a choose 2 with ultimate nachos and a pepper jack Turkey sandwich with a cup of tortilla soup…everything was just how I ordered and fresh tasting. I will definitely be back for more peach sweet tea and cookies
