The woman working today with the long ponytail is absolutely horrific to the customers. She has a terrible attitude with the customers and does not keep the place clean. Her personal hygiene was off too. She barked a question at me as I wasn’t requesting my order fast enough for her. I left the sandwich unfinished and went to find a manager to report her to as she refused to give me her name and was not wearing a name tag. When I found the Walmart manager he witnessed her behavior upon arrival. This woman is a terrible representation of Subway and does not keep the store or counter clean. I definitely called the report hotline and made a report immediately.

The two guys on shift at 6:00 pm 9-8-25 are the worst I’ve ever ran into I placed two online orders and I place them so I can watch them make them in the store and the guy put ranch on my sub then tried to cover it with mayo and when I caught him he said oh you don’t want ranch? Everything I want on it is on the paper then he threw it away and instead of remaking my sandwich he proceeded to help 4 customers behind me and the other guy gets a attitude and ask me am I a door dasher if not I have to wait because it’s a online order absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced if I see these guys I will not be stopping at this subway again this experience received 0 stars from me

Definitely not what I was expecting from them… my sub, even though it was toasted, was still ice cold when I took my first bite. Idk how that happens but I guess it does. I also observed one of the workers wipe and pull (I’m assuming hair) off her pant legs while wearing gloves and didn’t bother changing them. She just dove right back into topping sandwiches like it never had happened.

I love subways Italian herbs and cheeses bread! I always get a good sub and they always put lots of vegis and meat on them. Their cookies are so soft and delicious. For the most part the employees are happy and friendly to serve you. Sometimes the pop station at the restaurants seem like they could be cleaned more often though.

Great if you go in store, but don’t order from them for delivery on Uber Eats. I’ve ordered a chopped salad 5 separate times and each time they deliver me a sandwich instead. I even check the receipt and it has no bread option selected on my order. I will double check that I selected the Chopped Salad in the app and it always comes as a sandwich. It’s possible that it’s Uber Eat’s fault for the error it’s is having with ordering salads, the receipt doesn’t specify if it’s a salad or sandwich. Still incredibly annoying. Just a heads up for whoever wants to order a salad for delivery.

Disappointing for being a sandwich place. Meat looks and tastes fake most of the time. Even the simple tuna doesn’t taste right. Don’t get the meatball sub ever. Last time I did the meat was green on the inside.

I have always liked subway, but this one is bad. The tables are as sticky as the floor, one lone employee trying to serve a line of people, came to order a sub and lost my appetite watching him make subs. He has a scruffy beard that has lunch still stuck in it, he can’t hear the customers, wearing no gloves while making subs. I was starving but left.
