Carry out order was far from meeting my expectations…..since when do u get soup without a side bread? For starters…..second 20bucks for a soup and sandwich combo is outrageous in my opinion…..third the soup was runny not thick like all previous experiences with this establishment

Such an unhealthy business hiding behind their posted morals. Long-Chain Triglycerides (LCTs) are heavy in this business. Excessive intake, leading to high blood levels (hypertriglyceridemia), which significantly increases risks for heart attack, stroke, and pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas). High LCTs, common in fatty foods, contribute to artery hardening, are linked to obesity, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome, and require complex digestion. Say NO to LCTs

Usually very good, fast, and delicious. Today though, I ordered 2 pick 2s for pickup; a soup and sandwich and a soup and salad. I always do a bag check before I leave the restaurant when ordering pick up. Today was no different and I saw that everything was there. I get home and realize the caesar salad had no dressing. So now I paid $5.59 for a bowl of lettuce, cheese, and a few croutons. So yes, I guess I should’ve checked fore throughly but also, would’ve taken employees less than a minute to put a container of dressing.

It is a good Panera. Clean, quick, quality food and friendly staff. We came for lunch and service was still quick and the dining run clean. Like all Paneras the price is on the higher side of quick amd easy lunch, but you pay for what you get. You’ll leave happy and feel good about what you ate.

The gentleman that helped my sister, her family, and myself was super nice and helpful. I was also very impressed with the other staff as well. Just nice to get good vibes from the people that are there to help you.

You need to pull dude off the counter, he’s pushy and rude, not helpful at all…he’s lucky I’m a patient man…oh you get chips with that, good to know and thanks for choosing what kind we get…sounds like you all are sending him home now…..lol. Dude literally walked up to our table and said he was being sent home for telling co-workers a joke. Good food, probably decent management with lack of employee hiring options…that pool is real shallow these days!

Had a salad, some of the lettuce was brown (YUCK). And then then I ordered 2 orders of brownies bites and all I received was 2 teenie weenie brownies in one package. Trying to explain I ordered 2 and was told that’s what you get!
Not worth the money that’s for sure, I won’t recommend this restaurant!

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Panera. Not only did they fail to completely fulfill my order, but the bagel I received had mold on it. I brought it up to the staff, and their first response was that it was “seasoning.” After pointing out the obvious mold, they then claimed it was “green onions.” It’s frustrating when a company doesn’t take responsibility for serving bad food and tries to make excuses. I expect better quality and service from a place like Panera, and this experience has definitely left me questioning my trust in their food safety standards.

This Panera is close to work and usually a healthier go to, but usually when I order a salad through the drive through it is terrible. Every few months I want to give it a chance again, and an again but I’m reminded 9 times out of 10 that I can’t order a salad here. 15.00 wasted on something inedible.
The lettuce will be old or slimy and if you escape that I’ve had a salad 50% romaine spine stems. The other toppings are usually good but once you see the icky lettuce it ruins your appetite. I’m wondering if they are made in advance too early or there isn’t better quality control with the greens. It’s my fault for reordering over and over hoping I get one that is good, but the salads just aren’t that great here for a to go salad. The times I’ve dined inside it has been clean, most of the time the service inside is friendly (and the drive through service is excellent). Im sad to report a complaint but I’m wondering if others feel the same way with the whole salad orders.

I usually love Panera, but I was pretty disappointed in their new “chef’s” chicken sandwich. First off…. Panera has always had great salads, soups & sandwiches, why do they keep adding menu items to fit in with the rest of the fast good crowd? I was kinda surprised to see them jump into the chicken sandwich war… they should have stayed out if it! The sandwich I ate yesterday was probably the worst chicken sandwich in the market. The bun was way too big for the dried out piece of chicken, fried pickles were a few small crumbles, spicy sauce was was almost unnoticeable. I was really disappointed. I guess I should stick with the soups & salads like I usually go Panera to eat. Or maybe Panera should stick with what they do best and forget about trying do it all.
