Great experience at Panda Express! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect when you’re craving something quick and flavorful. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Sajir was incredibly friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. He kept a positive attitude and made the whole visit pleasant. It’s always nice when an employee actually cares about the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service and quality food.

Absolute worst service I have ever received from a Panda Express. I would rather drive across town before going to this location again. I ordered on meal and they had me wait in the drive thru waiting parking area and I was there over 20 minutes. Watching everyone else from other drive thru customers to uber eats drivers come and go come and go. Horrible management, no wonder that even though it’s new, it’s not the least bit busy. Failed Panda Express for sure. And to top it off, I ordered chow mein and all I got was vegetables. Pretty sad for a corporation like Panda Express to allow such poor quality customer service. If Corporate decided to visit, I would be willing to bet that management would be changed right away.

The service was fast, however my issue was that they got my order incorrectly. I ordered terriyaki and got sesame chicken, not just that but both the sesame and orange chicken I got had ALOT of pieces that were cold to the touch. Whoever the cook is for this restaurant has been really half assing the time on these chicken because this is not the first time my food is cold. Freezer temperature cold, I spent 12$ on food I cant even eat because im not sure if I heat it in the microwave ill get sick. I normally would think its a one time thing but this is my THIRD time getting COLD Food from this exact panda restaurant.

Almost all the tables were empty and dirty. This is the third time to give this place grace. Once again the food was cold. The grand opening it was cold! They need to check their steam tables or something. I was so excited to have this new place. But not now.

Very nice new location in midland for Panda Express. Staff is very friendly. Only part that is a bit of a hassle is leaving the location you will need to use the highway unless using the underpass to go southbound.
