We spent the afternoon hiking at Green Lakes and stopped for a pizza, but once we looked at the mine we knew it was gonna end up much more than pizza. What a great menu!! I’m always a sucker for stuffed cherry pepper, and theirs are AMAZING!! Large cherry peppers, stuffed with ground beef and Asiago cheese then covered with melted cheese and lots of delicious sauce. We also ordered the coal oven baked Barada, which came with a delicious spicy tomato sauce and toasted bread. This was also amazing tasting, but the stuffed peppers were the better of the two. We ordered a chicken Riggy pizza and we’re amazed by how delicious this was as well. It had a creamy vodka sauce on top then onions, peppers, and chicken, topped with lots of mozzarella cheese. The coal fired pizza crust was nice and crispy along the edges and soft through the middle just as it was supposed to be. Highly recommend would definitely be coming back. We really enjoyed this meal

Historically has been a pleasure to come to Avicollis in Fayetteville for special occasions. The food is always really good (although so sad they don’t serve whole pine nuts as a garnish in the pesto anymore for that little extra texture ). I enjoy the environment, I had the pleasure of going with some live music playing one evening… The service from staff can depend honestly if you get a seasoned employee or a new one but they are always kind and apologetic if something goes awry. My cocktails always taste 10/10. Cannot speak to management as I have never needed them? Definitely a favorite I will continue to go to.

Had a great lunch at the Bar. Busy but great service and the food came out quickly. The coal fired pizza is excellent. Got the calamari app, Diavolo Dulce pizza and the Avicolli burger. Quality ingredients. Big burger. Perfectly cooked.

I’ve generally had good experiences with both the food and service. They usually will accommodate most modifications to dishes, which is very much appreciated. The only recurring issue I’ve noticed is the presence of fruit flies or other flies during each visit, across different times of year. It’s noticeable and doesn’t seem to be just a coincidence.

Very nice restaurant. Food is absolutely delicious. Went here for nanas 103rd birthday. We had a large party and it seemed difficult for them to accommodate us even with reservation. There was a separate 4 top table that a few family members had to sit at separate from the rest of us. Over all it’s a great experience with amazing food. Prices can be high. Parking can be an issue.

As always, Avicolli’s Coal Fire absolutely knocked it out of the park. My buddy Fab Avicolli continues to set the bar high with everything he does.
The service was outstanding! Kelly took incredible care of us, attentive, friendly, and on point all night. Exactly the kind of service you hope for every time you walk in.
The food was, as always, out of this world. Every dish was perfectly cooked, full of Italian flavor, and reminded us why this place never disappoints.
And the dessert menu… phenomenal. Even when you think you’re done, it pulls you right back in…the list went on forever!
Avicolli’s is consistently excellent from start to finish. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out! And if you have, you already know.

Avicolli’s Coal Fire is truly the best Italian restaurant and pizzeria in CNY. My husband and I have been regulars for years, visiting a couple times a week and trying nearly everything on the menu—each dish has been consistently excellent with generous portions. Bobby’s pizza stands out as the best we’ve ever had, and it’s the only place we go for pizza now. Chef Jared keeps things exciting with creative specials and outstanding homemade sauces, especially the vodka sauce, which is a must-try.
Beyond the food, the staff makes every visit memorable. Amber, Tucker, Crystal, and Mike, just to name a few, are always friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Managers Nick and Joanne go out of their way to ensure every dining experience is perfect, showing real care for their customers.
If you’re looking for delicious Italian cuisine, inventive specials, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, Avicolli’s Coal Fire is the place to go. Highly recommended to anyone in CNY and beyond!

Avicolli’s, a well pointed true Italian restaurant. We frequent what seems like everyday because the staff and bartenders, such as Crystal, Amber, Michael, Tucker, are so a tentative and ensure each visit is perfect. The dinner specials are always a treat and delicious, something new every time, had the rack of lamb, what a treat, tender and prepared to perfection. Chef Jared and his team prepares each meal one by one, just like mamma would.
The pizzas are made fresh each time, Bobby is the “Pizza King” and takes personal care for each pizza, let’s not forget the wings. With the “coal ovens” are so much better than wood, much hotter, making a crust that is perfect each time. I love the coal oven as it adds a crust that cannot be made in wood or gas fired ovens, hench Avicolli’s Coal Fire.
The overall portion sizes are above what one would normally expect, the apps are perfect and again great sizes. The burrata affogato, when comes out of the coal ovens sizzles and with a healthy portion of tossed bread, what more could you ask for.
Follow-up with dessert and you will walk away fully satisfied from a great lunch or dinner in a friendly atmosphere!
