I love Steak Escape. The sandwich and fresh cut fries are awesome. This location is pretty fast at cooking your cheesesteak and fries. It’s also convenient being in East Towne Mall in Madison.

Food was edible. The employees didnt think we understood them when they were talking ti eachother but my girl and I both speak Spanish pretty well. The name calling from them is uncalled for and just plain rude. Get home 3 hpurs later and we both feel like death. Surprise surprise food poisoning. I will never eat here again.

Every time I come here they are very attentive and kind. Henry is the best always serving me with a smile and professionalism. Not to mention the food is off the chain. I only had an apetite for one taco in the morning today and I ended up ordering two more. Prices are reasonable and affordable. I would recommend bringing your friends and even family here.

This place is so much more than just mall food. I’ve tried 3 different sandwiches and they’ve all been wonderful. The fries are always crispy, salted perfectly, and taste/look homemade (much better than fast food fries). Plus the strawberry lemonade is great, with a bold flavor and pretty pink color. You should give them a try!
