It don’t make any sense how good these burgers taste. Five guys used to be my favorite but not anymore. I always place mobile order and they are always done within 10 minutes. The burgers are always steaming hot ! Prices are good and they always get your order correct. The burgers in the picture are the smokehouse burgers. Im not a fan of the peppers because there really hot but you can customize it and have them not put them on. My go to is the double shack burger!

The veggie burger was cold in the middle and had minimal onions on top. The BLT had a tiny amount of bacon. This food was so disappointing compared to the other Shakes Shacks. The photo on the app is tantamount to false advertising.

Arrived here as a family, expecting average to decent level fast food. I ordered their bacon and cheese fries, and was pleasantly surprised that they do NOT use the fake cheese product that most chains use. The bacon was also nice and crisp on the fries and all of our sandwiches. I also had a coffee milkshake with my food. A lot of chains will tend to add a whisper of coffee flavor to an otherwise vanilla shake, but this was the other way around this time! The coffee flavor was nice and strong, and definitely killed my craving.
The service was also surprisingly amazing! I expected that we’d have to go up and grab our trays, but a very kind staff member brought it out to us!
The only nitpick I have is with the general atmosphere and music. The whole place feels very industrial when you first walk in, which I feel lowered my expectations a lot more. If you are not a fan of the “stomp clap hey” genre of music from 2014, you might also be better off ordering from the drive through. Other than that, the food and service was amazing! We will definitely be coming here again.

Shake Shack is gonna keep me thicc. I’ve ordered to go twice in the past couple weeks and everything has been in point. I was blown away with how nice and great the customer service was, the staff is doing a helluva job! I recommend the strawberry malt, burgers and chicken bites. Oooweee!

Very expensive. 2 burgers 2 shakes one fry 45 bucks and asking for tip. Don’t tip at ordering at front only sit down. Restaurant dirty employees are standing around and don’t clean. Tabels filthy and floor.

For a fast food restaurant, the burgers were not over-cooked, like other fast food establishments. The lettuce and tomatoes tasted fresh, and were not saggy. The bun was also fresh and not flat. The burger that I ordered looked exactly like the picture on their menu !

I was greeted at the door by a friendly attendant who encouraged me to use the kiosk but also invited me to use the counter when ready. I used the kiosk, which was very user friendly. All our item variations were easy to identify and select. The food came out hot and fresh in under ten minutes. The burger was just what we expected from shake shack burger. It was delicious. But the fries were the real stars. They were crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy On the inside and salted perfectly. The restaurant was very clean and it was nice to see customers of all ages enjoying the dining room and outside patio. I typically don’t use chain restaurants. But when the family wanted burgers driving past the shake shack was going to be virtually impossible. When we visit Greece again, we will be back at the shack.

I would give it 4 stars if it wasn’t so expensive. I didn’t like ordering from a kiosk but the staff was friendly and offered help. The burgers are pretty good surprisingly but their shack sauce lacks flavor, it just tastes like mayo. We got the garlic parm fries (the garlic aioli was way too garlicky and I love garlic) and the bacon cheese fries which were good. The lemonade was decent and the chocolate shake was absolutely amazing! But again, it’s expensive for a burger joint. I was also expecting a wider selection of burgers. I was disappointed when there wasn’t a mushroom Swiss burger.
