I love the custom make your own Sushi roll option on this app! My roll was delicious! I’ve ordered a few times, but never seem to get what I’m looking for exactly. So the customer sushi roll menu was perfect! I do wish I would have gotten smoked salmon instead of cooked roasted. But that was my error. The roll was make exactly the way I wanted it. I’m curious if you will ever add Eel, Roe and eel sauce to your menu? I recommend Fusion! Than you all so icy! You are appreciated!

It was a Sunday evening around 7:30 pm. There was a line of eight people ahead of me waiting to place their order. Service was quick and I waited no more than 10 minutes.
I order their signature role: spicy tuna roll. I did not make any changes or adjustments to the restaurant recipe. The cost is $12.25, not bad for sushi.
The rolls were tasty. But it did not taste like sushi should taste. The texture of the sticky rice was a bit tough in my opinion. Additionally the spiceness was too strong which overcomes the delicate taste of the tuna, rather than enhancing it.
In summary, the rolls were pleasing to eat, but if you expect a sushi like the one made in sushiya (sushi places) you will be disappointed.

Amazing!! Coming from California and missing my favorite place there I wanted something like it and found this place… gotta say it’s soooo much better than back home! Definitely my new favorite I order every week 1x-3x a week!

I ordered this via a delivery app and the team was so excellent when my order was made incorrectly. They were able to help talk me through how to get my order remade and the second roll came delivered correct, fresh, and very tasty. Every time I go in to visit this location I find it to be very clean and friendly. FUSIAN is great!

This is a great build your own sushi spot! Everything is fresh and the service is great. I recommend to read the menu before ordering if you are new to sushi but if you are an expert you’d love it here! Their rice bowls look good as well!

This place was so good! Excellent vegan options! Did a build your own roll, and it was perfection! I also got the pb&j roll, and it was delicious and oddly satisfying. My boyfriend for the Thai crunch salad and raved about it. Definitely recommend this place!

One of my go to places for lunch pickup. I love their salmon and tuna rice bowls. You can make 2 meals out of the portion size. Everything always tastes fresh and orders are filled quickly. Place is clean and staff is nice. I also love their rewards program and management actually reads and responds to your comments.
If it’s in season, try their Curry Chicken Rice bowl! It’s sooooo good! Wish it was a regular menu item.

Go Get It now!!!!!!!!!! I just tried the Lobster Roll with all the fixings. Simply Delicious! I added some cream cheese though. I’ve been coming to this location since they’ve opened and have mixed experiences with service but the food is always on point. Today was exceptional though… I had the pleasure of being served by LeiLani. She greeted me with a smile and positive attitude. I had mentioned how we didn’t have such a great experience the last couple times my family and I were in and how we were bummed about it because we love this place. She made all my food with SUPER EXTRA SPECIAL CARE and LOVE and It was absolutely perfect. Thanks LeiLani for taking such good care of me that day!

It’s been awhile since my husband and I have been here so we were shocked how bad it was. We used to love Fusion. It wasn’t a busy night as there were only two other people in front of us. A few things: Our sushi was loose and falling apart. I asked for spicy mayo and she drenched it for some reason. Every piece was soaked in spicy mayo….really gross. The staff was busy chatting with each other and stopped making our rolls. So we just stood there and waited until they were done. The dining area was pretty messy. Food on floor and tables. Nothing about the visit was good.
