When we first pulled up the lady in the drive-thru was yelling at staff “this can’t be that hard!” which set the ambiance. Bathroom was filthy, baby station too, soap didn’t work and when I brought it up they said (it has been like that for 3 weeks). The terminal we used to order didn’t work for cards so had to go to another and re-order. The TVs to order food didn’t work. When our food came they forgot my crunch wrap and had to ask staff twice, the children’s quesadilla came with jalapeño cream despite removing it on our order, and our pintos and cheese came crushed. BUT! One of the staff gave my son a small strawberry freeze for being friendly/polite at the end of our meal so I gave it the extra star.

I usually go here as I get off work late, and it’s usually very good service. But I went on 1/13 and the drive thru worker was extremely rude. Rolled her eyes when she forgot to give me my drink and I asked for it. I usually don’t write reviews because I understand how stressful it can be but I was nothing but nice during this and the guy who normally runs the drive thru is extremely kind.

I usually don’t complain, but after the last two nights, I feel like I have to say something. Yesterday my order was wrong — annoying, but I let it slide. Tonight I ordered three simple tacos, and somehow all three were messed up. I went back through the drive‑thru, they apologized, and offered to remake them fresh. Unfortunately, they managed to mess up the replacement tacos too.

At that point I went inside to talk to someone face‑to‑face. The manager was actually very understanding, refunded my order, and even gave me two coupons for free tacos. He was the only positive part of the experience.

Overall, though, it’s frustrating when a basic order can’t be made correctly twice in a row. I appreciate the manager’s professionalism, but the repeated mistakes make it hard to trust this location right now.

The GM Ray personally made our food because we had such a big order. He communicated wait times amazingly and was super kind. We came during a rush and he didnt make us feel like we were a inconvenience or anything. Super great guy! Excellent service! Thank you Ray!!!

Had a large mobile order, and they did a fantastic job! They were quick with the order and friendly as well. The staff here have always been friendly with me and quick with my orders even in the drive-through it moves quickly. My food has never looked skimpy and have never had any missing items either at this location.

My mom and sister and I came in tonight to grab some quick dinner. Our order from the kiosk didn’t go through to the kitchen for some reason and the staff looked on their end and didn’t see anything. Jeremy came out and helped us and insisted on taking our order in person. He was very apologetic and kind. My mom wanted to try something new but wasn’t sure if she would like it. Jeremy took the time to explain all the ingredients and options for substitutions/add-ons, etc. He didn’t act impatient or anything witch often happens in fast food settings, in my opinion. Jeremy brought out our food for us and even checked in on us to make sure everything was right.

Worst of the worst, got late night food for me and my kids as we just got here to see their grandparents at Mayo. Only to have multiple items forgotten, the smaller items werent even wrapped in the bag. And rhe items thqt were, were all smashed and broken and not even edible. I dont know who needs to go but maybe more than 1 of the employees are disgruntled.

Came to pick up our order inside, pretty long waiting though, workers were asking us what is it in mobile order, may be it is easier to check the screens? Anyway, the mostly repulsive reason to leave the review it was very dirty all around, look at the photos – during this all time – another worker was sitting inside the room at the table, playing with phone, sometimes deal with waiting customer line at the cash register and then return to his phone at the client`s table…all other tables were dirty and not clean up. Strange strategy to keep up business, no more procedure to follow?

Drive through was very slow. Food was OK. Chicken tender taco had pretty much no lettuce or cheese and was very over cooked(almost rock hard). Gave me almost no cheese with my chips. Won’t be coming to this location again.
